KelseyRose said: Nobody fucking cares what you jerk off to at night, and anyone who does is seriously fucked up and not someone whose opinion of you should matter to you anyways.
Except if someone is in a Crown Court then at that point, the opinion of the 12 people in the jury (and the judge) matters significantly.
It think Leon has express his side of what let to the event.. the event itself seems to have 2 different versions of how consent was given. Not sure if any evidence can clear a version more than the other. Benefit of the doubt always tilt towards the victim. I think everyone will have their own verdict and vote with their money to support or not. And if for the people who will no longer support Leon, what would be a proper sentence I don't think life boycott is proper to the crime..
What I think would help people here make their mind is the business has continued it's business, models and entourage must have known for the last 2 years. Their opinion on what happened and their decision to remain working for Leon would bring another perspective to this situation and would certainly help the weight in..

I don't think it's fair to ask girls to come on here and talk to us about they feel.
but I do think we can get an idea from the fact that they are still continuing to work at mostwam and shoot content to this day, I mean all the new content with the new girls were shot in 2022, Sky, Rhian, Charlee, Lucy etc that have all been around for many years are continuing to shoot and continuing to enjoy themselves at mostwam
I think an important part of this is the fact that this happened a long while ago and mostwam and Leon are still producing content and filming with girls that are friends of the victim and know both individuals a lot more than we do... and they are still happy to work with him, they are still happy to work for a fantastic company and eye for one think that carries a lot of weight...
whether I believe or not I don't know and I probably won't know, but I do believe in the people around mostwam and work with him and if they are happy to continue to support him which they are by looking at the fact that they are still filming, still having fun creating content... then I'm happy to support mostwam as well
Why would all the girls still be working at mostwam, as they all know each other... they're all friends... and you can see in the recent content that has filmed in the last few months that the girls are still very much enjoying everything about working there.
for me I think that's a significant point
Sorry but just to clarify this went to court this year it's only just come to light
With regards to people pleading guilty yes a lot of people do for less offences like shoplifting and things like that but this is a serious case and if he was innocent he should've thought it from the start regardless of who or what evidence were brought into it. It's all very well blaming his legal team and everyone else but isn't that what every person does once they've been found guilty, there are prisoners up and down the land on life terms that are all blaming the lawyers and solicitors for them being in prison even though the evidence was states against them if you're innocent you fight it had you've done that and got a not guilty this conversation wouldn't be being heard now personally and this is not from a producer point of view but as a woman and a law-abiding citizen I believe he should no longer be affiliated with this site in any way
I agree plus the thing about going national that wouldn't have mattered guilty or not.
I understand people saying they won't support the site. But I also feel for the women. For a few of them they rely on us buying them. Aside from the shit show the content is Quilty
Ok I'm gonna try and make this really easy for Leon, because it's become evident that he's dealing with a lot and perhaps not in the best mental health headspace to be handling this properly (a task which I certainly do not envy).
So here's what you're gonna wanna do Leon;
You're going to followup in this thread and just say that you "made a mistake with how you handled this situation, and that it's become apparent to you that you need to take some time to work on yourself. You apologize to anyone you may have hurt by your actions, and you want to remind us that doing so was never your intention.
You came to this place to share your love of your fetish and share the content you produce based on that love. You realize now that your recent actions have hurt both the community that you love, and the content that you produce, and so you're going to be stepping away from Mostwam for a bit to get some help and work on becoming a better person.
In the meantime, Mostwam will continue operating, but with Lisa and/or Al taking charge, so that way everyone on UMD, from the most morally righteous, to the most perverted degenerate, can still enjoy jerking off to the wonderful content that Mostwam makes and not have to feel any sort of guilt while doing so.
You apologize again for the mistake you made with the model on that day, and for how you handled addressing it on here afterwards. you hope that as fellow human beings, we can understand how difficult of a situation this has been and why you struggled with how to best address and respond to it here. Nobody is perfect, we all make mistakes, and we all deserve the opportunity to earn forgiveness for those mistakes. And you hope to be able to earn ours very soon."
You can honestly probably just copy and paste the above text and then just not login to your LeonMoomin account for a few months and still carry on business as usual. It isn't like anyone from here is going to check in on the operation to make sure you're not secretly still running it while supposedly away to spend time working on yourself.
But please just take the L here and help move things along so that the lynch mob can put down their pitchforks and stop trying to destroy you/your business, and the superfans can stop twisting themselves into pretzels trying to defend you/your business, and we can ALL get back to jerking off.
leonmoomin said: I honestly can't answer every point here without the risk of saying too much, so please lock the threads until I have spoken to MM.
To let you know the thread was locked very quickly yesterday & all links were removed by myself temporarily to allow time to investigate. Unfortunately no sooner I done that there were calls from other members claiming a cover-up in your favour and a decision was made to unlock the post as it very quickly became common knowledge and was in the public eye following the news report online
To be clear, I unlocked this thread to allow community debate over the issue as well as to let Leon respond. Admins did initially remove the screenshot and link over concern about doxxing (the street name and town are mentioned), but I restored them from backup since the actual address wasn't in them and I learned it was common journalistic practice to do that in the UK.
I am still watching over this thread, but hopefully by now everyone understands my policy of letting the community make up its own mind about who to support in cases like these, especially where the alleged actions happen completely off-site with nuances that none of us understands. I will not immediately be closing any store or taking any action, but I am listening and taking advice from many people right now. Best wishes to everybody involved in this debacle... I'm sure we'll get through it just fine if we try to stay centered.
Mr Messmaster,I'll address this to you as ultimately this is your Forum and business. In regard to Leon nothing is alledged. He has been prosecuted in an English Crown Court. A court report is available to the public and stands as a matter of record. All testimony is subject to swearing an oath. Leon has now unwittingly stated he has committed perjury by claiming here that he lied in court. By his own testimony after he groped his models breasts (so he was happy enough they were naked breasts despite his expression on here that he prefers fully clothed models) he immediately thought he had done wrong and grovelled, begged for forgiveness. With the young girl involving her father this went to the police. It is incredibly difficult in the UK to get the Crown Prosecution Services to take a case all the way to court. More so when it is one person's word against another. So let's just be straight. The man is guilty. End of story. This alone should be enough for you to remove this man and HIS company, and it is HIS company that amassed a profit of £60,000 AFTER paying all expenses. ONE director, one owner.
I have now spoken with more than one former Mostwam model after the girl who contacted me put me in touch with other girls. Leon has now admitted on here he is still engaging with young models despite being convicted of a sex offence. He thinks this might be the girl talking to me but it isn't. The girl talking to me hasn't worked for Mostwam for a good while but was fairly prominent and everybody would remember her and she is still on their sites. She also was and is friendly with other girls on the site. I have said nothing else about Leon on here and just posted the proof of his proven actions and conviction. One very important point though is this girl and all the others I have spoken to had the following in common, they were all friends of Lisa and all needed the money whilst they were young. They weren't friends of Leon and were not keen on the way they were treated. This seems to be the most common theme more than any sexual impropriety and more along the lines of harsh hard WAM materials thrown at them. There was also a lot of sympathy for the way Lisa was treated. So,for now I won't go into those details other than asking Leon directly that if a selection of former Mostwam models were asked would they give him a glowing reference about his attitude towards them? I think he knows the answer.
In regard to the UMD and having respect for Mr Messmaster, Mostwam staff, other producers , members and most importantly their customers the approach from Leon has been totally dishonest and misleading. Leon states he and Lisa split up in August 2020. Yet the Lisamoonin profile was answering posts about a model called Cassie the week of the court case? So did Lisa suddenly decide to return 7 months after the split to plead there was no reason for this model asking for her content to be removed? If so that would make Lisa complicit with Leon's cover up. If it wasn't Lisa then it must be Leon impersonating her and misleading the forum. Without doubt in August 2020 Leon should have informed Messmaster of his situation to protect all concerned. Instead he thought nobody would find out about his behaviour. Between August 2020 and March 2022 thousands of pounds were earnt. From March 2022 Leon was a convicted sex offender and it involved a Mostwam model yet even now nothing was said to Messmaster enabling sales to continue until now. How is this acceptable in any way?
Regarding Leon's family and private life I have made no mention at all in this regard despite having knowledge of quite a lot with more girls talking about Lisa. I won't be revealing which model made the first move nor any detail of the others I've spoken to. Leon has introduced the subject of his child to the conversation. I think this is utterly appalling to try and use a child to gain sympathy for his actions. When is a 9 year old child going to be logging on to the UMD and be exposed to content about his parents, parents who have both chosen to be producers of fetish based porn and including naked porn. No judgement from me regarding their line of work, good for them and they have made a good job of it. The kid is nothing to do with this though and shouldn't be. It must be pretty likely the boy is mostly with his mother too since the split and not with the sex offender.
So Mr Messmaster I see a dishonest convicted sex offender here,a proven liar who may or may not have impersonated his ex-wife/partner on this site. It should surely now lead to this man and his business being banned for life from this Forum and it's stores. I do respect the way you and your moderators especially Chantelle have really tried to be fair-minded and also protected the various address's.
As someone who is a survivor of multiple sexual assaults, reading some of the things the users of UMD have said here has been a shitty experience and makes me feel unwelcome on this site and unsafe continuing to shoot or do sessions. [Edit: I am also stepping down as a mod and messaged MM to request that I am removed as a moderator.]
Whilst I'm not going to say my opinion of guilt because there is very little unbiased information available, I am seeing misinformed claims from people who aren't models, women, survivors or experts in abuse, as far as I know that I want to challenge.
It seems clear from this thread that even at the stage of someone pleading guilty and getting convicted of assaulting one of us, a substantial number of the users here wouldn't believe us anyway. Please think about the message you are sending to other models and women here and make a genuine effort to understand why so many of the takes here will make anyone who has been sexually assaulted less likely to return or feel safe sharing any of their experiences.
If you are not a model, you can't know what it's like at a studio, you see the results of a shoot and not the many hours before and after. People experience producers/photographers being creeps at shoots and you'll never realise from the footage you purchase especially if an incident happens after the shoot. We are professionals! I have shot videos on a shitty day, after bad news, after unpleasant experiences, when I'm unwell: nobody has ever picked up on me acting any differently, because either I don't, or I edit it out. Your perception of a day or a working relationship based on a scene you have purchased is not reality.
Yes, models do continue to work with producers who have been accused or convicted of a sexual offence, especially if the producer doesn't tell their models. It is entirely possible that models wouldnt be aware of convictions of sexual offences until the person in question is given advice that they should notify the people they employ. Once they are aware, they often carry on working there....because this is their job! They may be friends with their colleagues outside as well, but they are there because they are being paid to be - it is work regardless of how easy and fun we make it look.
People who get assaulted at work rarely find that their colleagues quit their jobs or stop working with someone in protest, no matter the industry. When the convicted person is not a colleague on their level, but is their employer, there is a clear power dynamic which also impacts the rate of reporting and the behaviour of the other employees. Models who work at a single studio, don't produce their own content or travel to other studios, and whose income comes from one company are not in the same position as someone who has more power to pick and choose who they work with.
[As an aside, the power dynamic tends to be even more skewed when the employer is 46 years old and the other person is half that age. Young people are easier to exploit at work (why do you think the retail & hospitality sectors love employing teenagers so much? It's not only because they get to pay them less) and often easier to manipulate into not reporting unethical or illegal behaviour from the people who decide if and when they can work.]
Reporting sexual assault is hard. It is harder when you are a sex worker. It is sometimes harder and more traumatic than the incident itself, and I have only managed to find the strength to do it twice in my life despite experiencing many, many more things than this, and neither made it to court. For a case involving a sexual offence to even make it to court, it must already meet a high standard of proof, because councils do not want to waste money pursuing a conviction if it is likely to fail. It is very common for reduced or lighter sentences to be offered for a guilty plea to minimise court costs and emotional distress for the victim (who has already been through an assault and reporting it) by avoiding a long trial.
The risk of publicity is something that would have arguably impacted the model more, who would have been outed as someone who is a fetish model, with her real full name included, putting her safety at risk. We don't report things that might be scandalous because we don't want our personal information in public so it can be used as another weapon by the people who stalk and harass us already. The misogyny and vitriol directed at women who do sex work who dare to want to be treated with respect and humanity by tabloids and incels alike is well documented already. She probably would have been dragged through the mud by the media who would have acted like she deserved it for doing fetish work and posted whatever bikini pictures they could find to get more clicks and profit as much as they can from someone else's trauma.
Yes, it is a shame that when people plead guilty and are convicted of sexually assaulting their employee, this often impacts the company's reputation as well as the creations and livelihood of other people in that conpany. That is something that the person who is convicted of a sexual offence is responsible for, and serves as a reminder that when people who plead guilty to and are convicted of a sexual offence, this often has a far reaching and detrimental effect on other people who have done absolutely nothing wrong, and that's just something that person is going to have to live with. If you have an issue with it, don't commit sexual offences, and don't plead guilty to sexual offences that you haven't committed.
However, someone who has plead guilty to a sexual offence against a young women that they employ should not be encouraged to continue employing young women for the sake of being able to carry on watching your favourite porn. This is genuinely one of the most deranged things I have ever seen someone suggest on umd. I severely question the judgement of those suggesting this and derailing discussion by saying which models should work for their company next?! There's seperating the art from the artist and there's actively suggesting that someone who has plead guilty to a sexual offence should crack on and get straight back to work. If you're placing your own consumption of a product over the potential safety and well-being of another human being you need to get off the internet and go learn some empathy. For fuck's sake, do better.
I think it is completely inappropriate to, after a case has gone to court and the accused pleads guilty to a sexual offence, subsequently run a second trial over a site the company uses to sell content and is thus populated by the company's customers. Especially not one in which the person who plead guilty to a sexual offence can spend as long as they like making an argument for their innocence. We have not seen what was said in court. The other person's experience isn't represented in this discussion and there is nobody here advocating for them or sharing their side, but this is obviously an unreasonable and cruel thing to expect someone who has been found in a court of law to have been a victim of a sexual offence.
I was the victim of a sexual offence by my manager when I was 21 years old. Barely any of my colleagues knew but out of the ones that did they continued to work there because they needed a job. The company didn't support me so I quit my job because I could not bear to spend a single day more having to obey the instructions of someone who had done something despicable to me. It meant I spent several months unemployed on top of what I had been through. I did not report it to the police at the time because I was afraid that it would lead to retaliation against my friends who still works there. When I finally found the strength to report it several years later, I was told by police that it wasn't worth pursuing an investigation and they wouldn't even bother to interview him. My experience is incredibly common, and the reason you don't hear us talk about things like this is because every day we get reminded that even if the court says it happened, the same people who tell us how much they love our work and support us will suddenly say "there's two sides to every story, let me play devil's advocate, I think we should all forgive and forget, we all make mistakes!"
I have already had to take a step back due to recently diagnosed health issues, and having already seen many things over the years that have made me question the ability of this community to take issues like informed consent seriously, I am now considering how much I will be involved in WAM going forward.
I have thought long and hard about this and cannot imagine anything productive or healing for anyone involved in this to come from this thread remaining open. This is not helpful for the model, for Leon, or for the community and nobody here, myself included, is paid enough or equipped enough to lead this discussion in a way that will not cause further harm to the community, anyone involved, or the work of survivors to educate people on what abuse is and how it happens.

An amazing post from you Penny that must have been difficult to write. I am truly sorry to hear all you have been through. I am ashamed to read some of the replies from other producers and customers in regard to Leon and Mostwam. They literally are showing him sympathy whilst trying to keep content alive for them to masturbate to. I really hope you find happiness in your life.

You are being extremely naive. Young poorly paid models will survive not working for Leon. The fact you are more bothered about enjoying the product because of it's quality than a molested young girl and a deceitful sex offender is very disturbing.
I'm pretty amazed that on a website which deletes posts with 30yo grainy youtube clips of old tv programs because they have a 17yo stood half a mile away in the background that there is any kind of debate or consideration about whether an actual convicted sex offender should be allowed to be here and profit from it.

It really is that obvious isn't it Phil? I'm flabbergasted but probably shouldn't be. However at least a few weirdo's are showing their true colours

The fact you are working with models still comes across as a kid left in a sweetie store. Yes there are 2 sides to every story, but the fact you were prosecuted suggests there was more than enough evidence. I really think you need to take a step back and find another career as you have tarnished your reputation in this whole mess by not coming clean in the first place. It almost as you are using a "Partygate" defence. We all suffer from mental illness at times but you seriously need to get treatment. Sorry to be blunt but just how I see it
Leon, sorry for the trouble man, let me give this bit of advice from a 20+ year veteran of shooting hot women. Men are from Mars, Women from Venus, never a true word. I treat Models like I would treat my Plumber! No matter how many times you shoot they are not your friend, they are not interested in you, they just want the money, if they flirt with you ignore it, the courts depending on the place often hate men before they even walk thru the door. (3 Divorces)
Guard your self Male Producers, follow these rules: 1. Even if the model is from an agency make contact before the shoot and make what's expected clear. 2. Do a 'Call Sheet' a brief document (PDF) describing what is required of her, what she will be wearing or what she will not be wearing. Document safety, where you are located yada yada (PM me for a sample) If you are going to need to touch her say so (putting rope on etc.) Make sure before she arrives she acknowledges she has received the call sheet. 3. [Remark about women removed -MM] 4. I have two surveillance cameras in the shooting area, good evidence if you need it. 5. Never touch a model, if you do need to, ask before you do it. [Tone-deaf remark removed -MM] LOL Just kidding. 6. Do the paperwork before you shoot, get proof or age and a model release. No paper, no shoot. 7. Never bounce a check on a model, if you can't afford the shoot, don't do it.
Sometimes protection of our Children come first, even above our own life.
Kelsey, most Men feel shame about there sexual preferences even with a wife. Society pressures Men to be a certain way sexually and bonking in chocolate is not!
I worked at a Rape Crisis center in Austin for 4 months once, could not stand it, Women do get abused. Those kind of Men should be taken out of the gene pool.
This is why the divorce rate is so high and no one wants to have a partner any more. Yep just call me Henry Higgins, that why I am super happy, best advice ever:

Nah, fuck that. This site has already had serious issues with women feeling uncomfortable and leaving because of creeps and sex pests slipping into their DMs. Last thing we need is someone who pled guilty to a sexual crime - and then hid this fact from everyone (including his own models) - continuing to participate in this community.
I'm sure this dude will survive, even if he can't sell videos on the UMD anymore. And regardless, his continued financial gain isn't worth sacrificing the comfort and safety of a whole bunch of other folks on the site. We've probably already lost members because of this and don't even realize it yet. We'll lose more if this is not dealt with in a timely fashion.
If I'm guilty or not, only I and the person involved will ever know the truth of what actually happened that day.
Basically, in August 2020 Lisa left me, I do not want to go into detail about what happened, as I can't speak for Lisa and it wouldn't be fair for me to publicly post about such stuff here. It was lockdown, I was isolated, I was alone and felt my whole world and future had crumbled.
A week later, I worked with one of the girls alone on location, something I have done many times in the past without any issues or problems. I considered this girl a very close friend and I sought solace from this girl, I was wrong, it turned into a misunderstanding which lead to my conviction, I have the conviction, it's there.
I was and am very sorry if the girl was upset by my actions on that day, for whatever reason, and I did apologise to her then and at my conviction. I believe I didn't break the law, but I did cause her to be upset.
I have been convicted and sentenced to punishment by the law for touching a girls naked breasts without consent, the law has handed me a sentence that they feel is appropriate to my conviction, that sentence being higher as I was her boss.
I got myself into that mess, there were things I should have done, could have done, but unfortunately, I was still reeling and in shock from the love of my life leaving me literally a week earlier.
I am also truly sorry if the UMD feels that I have brought this place in disrepute, we have put everything into place to ensure that NOTHING like this ever happens again.
I'll have to leave it there.
Penny made a really important post, please do read it.
In addition, reading the news article I did have some sympathy for you, that even though you you did something wrong you understood it was wrong and were truly sorry for it. It sounds like the judge had a similar impression. Hearing you backtrack on that is extremely disappointing, especially when you still admit that something happened while you "sought solace".
Do you, and others reading this, seriously think that a convicted sex offender should still be working with people in such potentially vulnerable situations?
PS if your main defence was not liking naked women, I'm not surprised your solicitor advised you to plead guilty. Even if true, it proves nothing.

Very naive. There is public access to the court report. These girls are pretty young adults and you don't honestly think the nearly 50 year old man discusses his private business with them do you?

I honestly don't think you have a full grasp on the severity of what has happened. Also messaging me to ask who the model was is just making you look terrible. You really really ought to give your head a wobble and think about whether you should delete your very strange comments about young models and a sex offender.
It is. The court case and guilty verdict are a matter of record. Leon too has admitted it but is of course trying to justify his actions not only in sexually assaulting a young Mostwam model but also in covering it all up for over 2 years of trading on this forum
CalGungeFan said: I think most people know on here that Mostwam is my WAM... there are a few other producers that I buy content for and support but predominantly it is mostwam.
I am a massive supporter of the company but Leon and Al would probably attest to... I also a do criticise them, and we also have had our run-ins in the past... I've made mistakes just like everyone... But I believe I am fair in what i say
It would be a sad day for this community and for WAM as a fetish to lose a company that has had a significant part of shaping this fetish over the last 15 years

I've said all I can really say, I have contacted MM and I'm waiting for him to get back to me.
In the meantime, now that the cat is out of the bag, is there people here who share my repulsion of nudity? Please contact me by PM if you do?
Leon, Your response is shameful enough with all your blame-sharing. Then you have the audacity to brush aside the horrific truth about your actions and try and get a conversation going on sexual preferences. There is an expression "The Chickens will come home to roost" You've had a good run,you know more than anybody else how you behaved in general to your models and you've earnt a good living from it. Now is the time to properly man up,for your own mental health and the good of your little boy and do the right thing by completely removing yourself from this Forum and removing your business from here. Then complete your sexual offenders course and find another line of work that keeps you away from young models. Ask yourself do you really really want more girls to speak up about their experiences with you. Also in March 2022 was that you or Lisa posting as Lisamoonin in respect of Cassie?
bea said: if you liked lisa why splash this over the forum
The weirdest comment so far regarding the cover up. Do you think it's morally correct for a man convicted of sexually assaulting a young Mostwam model should be allowed to post here and trade here? I'm getting message after message from the female models on here who are freaked out by some peoples lack of support for the victims of sexual abuse.
sothernwam said: "Been sent?" Okay so where is it? Where's the news article and proof to back up your accusations? Or are you just doing this to blow smoke and troll a long standing producer?
Things like this are very serious and quite slanderous so I'd either produce this supposed news source or take this down.
How did this rant work out for you? Do you actually think in regard to such a serious matter where a young model suffered and Leon was found guilty and prosecuted that somebody would be 'trolling'? Grow up.
I would like to know if there is a way to unfollow a creator now as I will never support Mostwam again in the aftermath of this. The man is legally a convicted sex offender, the sort of crime where the offender must notify his neighbours about his status and be legally kept away from schools and playgrounds. I myself am a survivor of male on male sexual abuse and I have been an advocate for survivors for over twenty years. The fact remains that this man is a convicted sex offender, that this information is only now being shared publicly (when, legally, it needed to be shared right after the court conviction) is questionable at best and knowing that he was able to continue to profit off of this content and possibly continue to work with other models despite his offender status is disturbing.
Seeing this, and reading such defences for the convicted, I have to seriously consider if I will stay here or not.
If I'm guilty or not, only I and the person involved will ever know the truth of what actually happened that day.

It's all very well blaming his legal team and everyone else but isn't that what every person does once they've been found guilty, there are prisoners up and down the land on life terms that are all blaming the lawyers and solicitors for them being in prison even though the evidence was states against them if you're innocent you fight it had you've done that and got a not guilty this conversation wouldn't be being heard now personally and this is not from a producer point of view but as a woman and a law-abiding citizen I believe he should no longer be affiliated with this site in any way
I think in the interests of fairness we could also ask "If Leon *had* done it, why plead guilty?". Given that this crime, like so many sexual based crimes, is 'he said / she said', and we keep hearing of how tough it is to meet the burden of proof in such cases, it would surely have been difficult for the prosecution to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. So why not roll the dice if you are guilty.
But if you were innocent and didn't want to take it to court for all the reasons Leon actually stated, you might plead guilty. Moreover in the UK legal system, by pleading guilty, you get a lesser sentence which means a jail sentence is much less likely. Another plus for pleading guilty.
Therefore to me it's quite *plausible* that someone might think pleading guilty was the lesser of two evils, especially if innocent and terrified of ending up in jail. I'm not saying that's what happened..I have no idea..but it certainly seems plausible. It seems possible.
The model has quite rightly been heard and the justice system has pronounced, as it should. Leon will have to live with the consequences of his guilty verdict, whether deserved or not, for a long time But *we* can't know what actually happened..we haven't seen the evidence (beyond the testimonies of both parties) and the evidence hasn't been tested by a court (as Leon pled guilty).
Only Leon and the model will know what actually happened. Leon has received his punishment from the courts (which will stay with him for years..deservedly if guilty of course, but not if he is actually innocent) and his marriage is over... so I don't see any positive in then banning Mostwam from UMD as some are saying.
I am always wary of pile-ons in these situations when none of us on the sidelines can actually know the truth. For me I always think 'there but for the grace of God go I'
I think given you are a producer who has to employ female models you are sending out a slightly dangerous message here. For the CPS to authorise a court case the evidence has be pretty strong. I'm guessing you haven't obtained the transcript and I'm guessing you haven't worked out that despite confessing to copping a feel on a young girls naked breasts on the night it happened and then saying he only pleaded guilty 10 minutes before you are saying it 'might' not have happened. Then for over two years this man has said nothing to this forum and has continued to make large amounts of money from his sites? Are you sure you think that store and person should remain? Sorry but I think you've just lost a lot of credibility.
Messmaster said: I will not immediately be closing any store or taking any action, but I am listening and taking advice from many people right now.
Reading both threads, I'm concerned that this has been kept quiet for so long, particularly from the people who actually work there. I can't comment on legal obligations, but presumably the UMD can set its own policies as part of a supply chain.
I suggest that if a store owner is convicted of any sexual offences, they need to notify UMD (i.e. MessMaster) within 7 days. This notification should include a statement that they have notified all existing staff, and will notify any new staff. Similarly, it might be worth asking all other store owners whether this applies to them.
Really hope you are coming out of a very difficult, dark place. All the very best.
Unbelievable....go and have a chat about a fetish with a sex offender who has covered up his crime from all the members, customers and Forum owner. What a response!
