Been sent disturbing news report that Leon from Mostwam has been convicted of a sexual offence against one of their models so I wonder why he is still allowed to post and trade on this forum
11/4/22, 6:35pm: Changed from original title of "Mostwam owner convicted for groping WAM model"
10/21/22, 8:44pm: Thread locked by admin but unlocked by MM. Community should be able to opine so long as it's not belligerent; Leon should have opportunity to respond.
10/21/22, 4:57pm: moved from Messy to Non-Wam and gender changed from female to n/a
10/21/22, 4:50pm: Link and screen shot were removed because they contained a physical street where the Leon ostensibly lives. We don't want to enable vigilantes, but since the full address wasn't included and since it's an article the community should see, the link and screenshot have been replaced for now. May decide to remove them for doxxing later. -MM
"Been sent?" Okay so where is it? Where's the news article and proof to back up your accusations? Or are you just doing this to blow smoke and troll a long standing producer?
Things like this are very serious and quite slanderous so I'd either produce this supposed news source or take this down.

Link temporarily removed by admin
Good question since we all know the admins have a hardline stance on issues like this and would never let a sexual predator continue to do business on the website and hang on I'm being handed a note

Did post link but says removed by admin.why be nasty to me when Leon is the criminal? Try again
There was a link and Admin removed it temporarily- I'm guessing for verification or some sort of comment
As for putting it out there... This is seems like the sort of think that is in the public interest regardless of any private implications. An longstanding veteran producer being convicted of something like this reflects badly and shouldn't be brushed under the rug

It shows on the post that admin temporarily removed the link, most likely to investigate it. But I agree, admin should take this down while they investigate the claims
It might not be the same Leon but how many people can there be with the same name who're the same age as each other who work as photographers in the same town?
Also I want to say this, that because of the nature of mostwam as a company... we know that a lot of people that work for the company are all friends and know each other outside.
So probably most of them would know about this (certainly the older ones) and friends of the victim... and they have decided to continue to work for mostwam... I'm sure there are safeguards in place now and things have probably changed to prevent things like this happening.
Also the judge did say "I hope you can go back to being the man you were before this regretful day" I think this means that the judge believe this is not a pattern of conduct that this was just one horrific day, and that he believes he can be the person he was before this terrible day happened.
I don't really know what point I'm trying to make but I do think it's something to consider when commenting on this
The first thing I will say is that Lisa and I have a 9 year old child that I have done everything in my power to protect. Including pleading guilty, though, I now seriously regret that decision.
I had an accusation made against me, that was not true, but in order to defend myself, videos of girls being covered in foodstuffs and gunge would have to have been played to the court, which, was made very clear to me, would have made the National press.
The accusation was, that I "Got into the back of my van with a girl who was NAKED, whilst she was getting changed after a shoot and groped her without her consent".
That was not true, a lot of the people here would believe me when I say, nudity does NOTHING for me, it is a turn off, why in the hell would I get into the back of my van to grope a naked woman? I have built my whole life around my fetish for FULLY CLOTHED wet and messy girls.
Thing is, whilst people who share my particular, fully clothed only, version of this fetish would believe me, no one else would, the police, the CPS and even my own useless solicitor.
I wanted to round up a thousand people from here to confirm that there are men in this world who find nudity a turn off and that they are the same, but, how could I?
This event happened a week after an extremely traumatic event in my life, whilst the "Me Too" events were in overdrive due to what happened to the girl who was killed by the police officer in London. I told the truth the whole time, up until I plead guilty. I left the court feeling like I had helped the prosecution meet their heightened statistics.
I had no fight left in me and was constantly being told, the alleged victim must be believed.
I plead guilty, I was not found guilty.
The book was thrown at me due to me being her employer, none of my defence or mitigation were taken into account due to me pleading guilty and the evidence I provided for mitigation clearly threw doubt at my guilty plea.
I have been sentenced and the appropriate punishment for my sentence has been given to me, which I will have to live with for the rest of my life.
Now I am stronger and more able to defend myself, I would very much like to appeal and reverse my guilty plea, but I can't do so without new evidence, none of the very strong evidence I had at the time, including video and a report from a clinical phycologist, which proved my dislike of nudity can be considered for appeal, I would need new evidence, which I am praying will one day become available to me.
I can't go into detail here and please stop trying to identify the alleged victim, that could get the UMD into trouble.
I can't go into much detail here as it is a public forum, but I will provide more detail in private to messmaster.
One thing to remember, people do plead guilty for crimes they didn't commit. Leon's account.to what happened on his side is very plausible to what thousands of other people have to weigh up in life if there in that position
we will never know the truth of what happened, there will be some people that believe because he pleaded guilt in a court of law. that he is guilty... and there will be other people that believe his version of events...
I think an important part of this is the fact that this happened a long while ago and mostwam and Leon are still producing content and filming with girls that are friends of the victim and know both individuals a lot more than we do... and they are still happy to work with him, they are still happy to work for a fantastic company and eye for one think that carries a lot of weight...
whether I believe or not I don't know and I probably won't know, but I do believe in the people around mostwam and work with him and if they are happy to continue to support him which they are by looking at the fact that they are still filming, still having fun creating content... then I'm happy to support mostwam as well
I'm sorry but as an ex-member of authority I find it hard to believe anyone would plead guilty to something they haven't done just to end the problems they face If someone is not guilty you fight it to the very end regardless of the outcome To plead guilty to me means risking more and forever be in doubt in peoples minds regardless of whether you've done something or not Don't get me wrong and I know from my previous job that there are a lot of innocent people locked up for things They didn't do for almost all of those that I met at the time all at least thought for their innocence rather than just roll over and take punishment that they may not have even been guilty of Very controversial decision you made in my opinion regardless of what actually happened especially knowing that now you are forever tarnished whether you did anything or not.

Why would you worry about it going national all your content is public anyway?
No, you missed my point, I have a 9 year old child, being charged with a sex offence is not something anyone would like in the National press.
I have no issue with what I do or like being public, but what I do would have made it National news, it would have been an interesting story for the press. If I was an office boss who was accused of groping his secretary, it would just be local news and just a name in the local papers.
The media would have had a field day with the media I would have had to play to the jury to defend myself.

Sorry, re-read your post and edited my reply. Can you really say that there are not thousands of people who have plead guilty to offences they have not done to avoid publicising the matter or other reasons? For example, feeling you may not get a fair trial and that if found guilty, the punishment would be much worse?
I honestly made a huge mistake pleading guilty, I had very bad legal advice, my solicitor said to me, "the jury will find you weird".
Oh and as a male producer of adult content, the scales are very much tipped against you from the start, even though it is perfectly legal. I was going through other personal trauma and had no fight left in me, so I plead guilty.
On the day of my plea in court, I was told by my solicitor, as I had gone along with him and advised the court of an intent to plead guilty, as persuaded to by him, if I changed my mind, he would not represent me and I would be remanded in custody until my trial, he did not say the court would adjourn for me to find new representation and it was very unlikely that I would have been remanded in custody. I had a child waiting for me to come home that day.
I have never been in trouble with the police before, I had no idea of how the system works.

Totally agree
You plead guilty it 100% conviction and doubt from others for the rest of your life Plead not guilty fight it and you have a 50/50 chance to clear your name
Very sorry but you had a fighting chance and threw it away so now I'm in doubt and feel it's wrong for you to have anything to do with this site especially if the girl in question was shooting to appear on this site I personally think you would then bring this whole site into disrepute
Also as for your nine-year-old child I'm very sorry but you played guilty so whether you were trying to keep her out of it or not she and others will eventually find out As I said you fight it from the start

Why would all the girls still be working at mostwam, as they all know each other... they're all friends... and you can see in the recent content that has filmed in the last few months that the girls are still very much enjoying everything about working there.
Completely different circumstances as it's about police interrogations to get a confession out of a suspect and this is obviously not what happened in this case... but still kind of relevant showing how someone would confess to a crime they didn't commit
I'm baffled to understand how people wouldn't think confessing to a crime that they didn't commit isn't really possible... every single person in the world is capable of doing just that... given the circumstances... TRUST ME Its easy to do
11mins 55secs... extraordinary that most people probably don't know about America... That it is legal for the police to lie about evidence

To let you know the thread was locked very quickly yesterday & all links were removed by myself temporarily to allow time to investigate. Unfortunately no sooner I done that there were calls from other members claiming a cover-up in your favour and a decision was made to unlock the post as it very quickly became common knowledge and was in the public eye following the news report online

I've said all I can really say, I have contacted MM and I'm waiting for him to get back to me.
In the meantime, now that the cat is out of the bag, is there people here who share my repulsion of nudity? Please contact me by PM if you do?

for me I think that's a significant point
Sorry but just to clarify this went to court this year it's only just come to light
With regards to people pleading guilty yes a lot of people do for less offences like shoplifting and things like that but this is a serious case and if he was innocent he should've thought it from the start regardless of who or what evidence were brought into it. It's all very well blaming his legal team and everyone else but isn't that what every person does once they've been found guilty, there are prisoners up and down the land on life terms that are all blaming the lawyers and solicitors for them being in prison even though the evidence was states against them if you're innocent you fight it had you've done that and got a not guilty this conversation wouldn't be being heard now personally and this is not from a producer point of view but as a woman and a law-abiding citizen I believe he should no longer be affiliated with this site in any way

If only things were that simplistic. I'm, sure there are many people who are blaming their legal team, after all, you are at their mercy, they are the ones who know the law and you have to trust that they will do their best to defend you. I told my solicitor that I had no confidence in him of the day I plead guilty, I couldn't get second opinions without sacking him. How many of those people do you think are right in their blaming their legal team, it'll be quite a lot I think?
here's what my options were at the time.
1. Go to court and plead Not Guilty. National exposure of the offence against me. Being told the jury would find me weird. Being told the "victim" must always be believed, because people never lie? Being told that if I plead not guilty and I am found guilty, I would face custody of 2 to 4 years, after being told the above.
2. Go to court and plead Guilty. Local news only and no national trial coverage. Much, much more likely to receive a non-custodial sentence.
I had no support, it was lockdown when all of this was going on, I couldn't even go to my parents. Have you ever been put in a situation where admitting guilt for something you hadn't done seems like the better option? Not sure many people have and could understand.
My wife, who I was still very much in love with and I had separated, Honestly, I was suicidal back then, the only thing that stopped me from doing something really silly was my son, he literally saved my life. I had NO fight in me.
I really, really regret that decision now, but, without some NEW evidence, I can't appeal, as the system says, all of my very good evidence that was available at the time can't be used to appeal.
Sorry but just to clarify this went to court this year it's only just come to light
Yes in April, because I plead guilty, it was kept to local news.
