My first awareness of wam was watching a comedy sketch when I was about 9 where people were pouring stuff down each other's trousers, I knew from then I wanted to do that myself - later came the ideas of doing it with girls, and of watching girls doing it to each other. Oddly enough I don't like getting my hands messy. First of all I should state that I definitely do fall into the group of people who like to get messy, both solo and coed. However, this comes with the caveat that it has to be on my terms, otherwise I probably start to be classed as not liking or wanting to get messy.

I'm very happy to get messy as long as I'm happy to get what I'm wearing messy - either because I've specially selected what to wear or I'm just not too bothered about it - and I know that I can get clean and dry before I have to go back out into the general public.

So the thing about would I want a hug off of a naked pie covered model would be based on whether I had a change of clothes available, otherwise I'd run a mile (or most probably just into the next room - it depends on how far she chased me).

And if I was out for a walk with a girl and I fell over in the mud, I'd be mortified and would definitely not enjoy it, however if she fell over them I'd be loving it (though I probably wouldn't let her know that).

I won't deny, I've gotten both wet and messy before (messy was mud, and an also tried syrup, but that was a no-go), but it wasn't sexual, it was just more "for fun". I guess I myself am falling into the minority here in this thread: I LOVE getting messy and if it wasn't for the hassle of clean up and prep I would try to get messy at least once a week. The visual part definitely developed watching nickelodeon shows as a kid but I remember the feeling of walking barefoot in mud at a VERY young age and realizing that being messy/dirty was an enjoyable tactile sensation that caused a strange feeling in me that later in life would become a full blown sexual lust to wallow in all sorts of food and mud and slime etc.

Reading this thread again got me wondering why apparently most straight male wammers don't like getting messy themselves whereas most gay male wammers do. For me it comes in stages.

Stage 1 playing the game its going to be fun getting the other person.
Stage 2 is the realization that I am using and going to get it. At that point it truly is a why did I decided to do this feeling.
Stage 3 is the the dread and intispation of that build up is both the best and worst of it.
Stage 4 is doing it I have to really force myself to start usally i 2 or 3 aborted starts before I deliver that first bit of mess.
Stage 5 hits usally after about 3 or 4 items in and it's fun.
Stage 6 comes at the end after the cleanup and viewing the results its both the thrill of what I as well as the humiliation of what I did.

So do I enjoy it? Well I don't despise it but given the choice i would rather get someone else especially if they didn't want it for me somebody trying to get messy takes all the fun out of it.

I'm not "against" getting messy, particularly if it involves the wife too rather than when I'm home alone, but it's the clear-up that actually puts me off.

For example, am I going to miss something and get "caught"? Am I going to have to make up a story as to why I had a shower in the middle of the day? What if someone comes home unexpectedly? I then end up getting so worried about the "what if" things that could go wrong that it puts me off bothering in the first place and a quick ten minute wank where I can stop and close the browser if I hear a door go will suffice.

It's mildly reassuring to know I'm not the only one amongst a community of individuals with the same interests, that it's the watching not the participating. There are certain substances and situations that "do it" for me that I can enjoy watching online, but would never think to "do it" myself.
