How on earth did you miss us? I advertised this since March on the personals forum and UMD calendar, and from 6 weeks before the meet on this main forum. The UMD calendar has a section on the front page. People you can't miss this shit if you keep up with the place at least once a month! we DO give lots of notice of these things Plus on the night I had light up LED glasses (see pics) and Maria did karaoke dedicated to candy custard and telling that I had covered her in custard

Aw xx and yeah it's an absolutely brilliant place - we'll definitely do it again sometime. Any lurkers reading this now or in the future... keep an eye on the umd calendar and forums. Stuff like this does happen.

Also a quick word... a few people didn't attend due to social anxiety. I did try to stress beforeheand that the hotel campanile and club are LGBT friendly and you will not have any of problem or raise any eyebrows in either place. Furthermore we all understand anxiety and it has touched all our lives in one way or another. We can help you and will hold your hand all the way if needed. No judgement -
we've all been through it to varying degrees. Just say the word. We are not cliquey and love new people. if you're struggling before a meet, do say so and we can help.

If social or any kind of anxiety keeps impacting on your life, please seek help. There is plenty available (speaking for the UK here, no idea how things are in other countries) and even with tory cuts you can still get help, it just means waiting lists (so do it today and you should be seen within 6 ish weeks)

Also going privately for cognitive behavioural therapy is not THAT expensive if you need urgent help. Your health is something worth throwing money at if you have the means to do so or can save. It can equip you to get yourself out of a catastrophising downward spiral or a panic attack (or both) and has done wonders for many of my family and friends

Anxiety is an epidemic of modern life and the effects can be physical and crippling. It's not all in your head and you're not stupid.

i am, again, green with jealous rage over here in bum fucking kentucky......whilst all these amazing women and men get to meet up together!!

lets all ask a bunch of ppl to start a go fund me for all of us to get together. anyone who puts towards the fund, gets footage of us being total fools, getting messy, and then going out again and being total fools! yassss!!! im a genius.

but go fund me is for ppl who really need help so....
im just gonna go with saving up for the much needed trip overseas.....
