Things I Avoid

Production Issues

1. People trying to be "sexy" - I'm frankly not interested in being seduced, I'm looking for people showing genuine reactions. Since you can't really see this until you purchase a clip, it's a mistake I need to make once per producer.

2. People overacting - We all have innate bullshit detectors. When someone's trying too hard to act in a scene, it's blatantly obvious and completely ruins a scene for me.

3. Poor camerawork - Some producers have difficulty holding a camera still and feel like they need to zoom in randomly. All the camera needs to do is record the action. As an audience, we don't need to be told what to look at.

4. Poor editing - Adding music, cutting poorly, not recording aftermath. This isn't normally too much of an issue though.

Pricing

1. Anything over $15 - No scene is worth it. Doubly so when you have no preview to go on.

2. Anything priced per minute - Generally, I buy a producer clip to see a particular segment of it that interests me. There is absolutely no reason I'd pay $50 for some hour-long video when I only care about 2 minutes of it.

3. Anything priced per video quality - This is one of those things which just feels insidious. The scene is worth $5, but if you want 720p, that'll be another $2, and if you want 1080, another $2 on top of that. I never feel good purchasing a clip like this regardless of the quality I end up choosing.

Personal Taste

1. Looking up - Just no.

2. Shaving Cream - It is not WAM. It is soap.

3. Mess only on clothes - I'm honestly not interested in clothes in a producer film getting messy. If that's the focus of a video, I'm not buying it.

4. Mess not being applied by the winner of a game - If two people are facing off in a game, and one wins, that person should have the honor of messing up the loser. It's the most satisfying form of humiliation for me. Playing a game and then having a third party apply the mess just ruins that for me.

5. Complete Nudity - Personally, I don't really enjoy complete nudity all that much. Underwear is much more sexy in my opinion.

6. Lack of hair mess - I love seeing someone mess a woman's hair up. In most cases, if a scene lacks hair mess, I won't purchase it.

7. Too much of the body covered in mess - 100% of visual skin being covered in mess just feels very artificial to me. I can't really appreciate it.

8. Too many types of mess - I love simplicity in a scene. An example of this being an issue is a situation where hair is covered in treacle, but then is also covered in a bunch of less-thick substances. Anything past the treacle is really just pointless since it'll just run off. Similarly, if a woman is covered in 10 things already, the 11th doesn't really add much to the picture.

Things I Look For

Personal Tastes

1. Bra and Panty filling (or swimsuit filling) - Note that this is not "clothes filling". I'm not into stuff being poured into pants, but outside of panties. Clothes filling is more mental than it is visual. Bonus points for sports bras.

2. Hair mess - If a scene has a woman's hair being shampooed with mess, I will buy it. Saturation Hall videos are a prime example of this done right.

2a. Maple Syrup on Hair - I can't even fathom why this is so rare. It is my favorite substance to see hair soaked with. If this is in a scene I will buy it.

3. Actual Cold - It doesn't matter how many times you've been cold. It is always just as effective each and every time. This is along the lines of not faking reactions in a video. Seduction Studio videos have this nailed. WAM Shorts also did this quite well for a while.

4. Games which result in a loser getting messy and a winner staying clean - The victory means nothing if the winner gets messy. Just split the scene into two clips and sell them separately if you want to have both sides get messy. Project20M is great at this.

Pricing

1. Sales - I am an absolute sucker for sales. Just throwing that out there.
