I made up a "Texan 21st Birthday Tradition" (why Texas? I have no idea! It was just the first place that came to mind for this. lol) where at the end of a formal ball, the birthday woman's best friends would gather around her and mess her up really good. All in good fun, of course! I started with eggs and flour, but most of the pictures came back with unbroken eggs and a light dusting of flour, so I switched to mud and had a lot better results.
I really love that since I referred to it as a tradition, it gave me results with dress styles all the way back to the 1800s or earlier.
Sorry for all the pictures! I got a bit carried away with the uploading.

Your posts may or may not have helped inspire these...
this has inspired me to go back to formal ladies.... tea parties are the most ladylike activity i can think of but there must be other things.
id say.. getting ready and doing makeup, dancing at a formal event, having a pick nick, tea parties, dinner parties and getting their car stuck in the mud. thats all i can think of at the moment

Depending on how many layers the dress has, what material it's made of, how much beading is on it, etc, some of those dresses can reach 50+ pounds dry. Soaked through and covered in thick, goopy mud? You're looking at 100+ pounds.
My old prom dress weighs about 25 pounds soaking wet and feels really heavy out of the water. I can only imagine how heavy one of the gowns in the pictures would weigh covered in mud!

any ideas?
My older AI pictures, like up until a couple months ago when SDXL came out, are almost all just wetlook, but SDXL seems to have completely blocked out wetlook, at least on Nightcafe. Using the older models, I can still get wetlook, but they look so bad in quality now that SDXL and now DALL-E 3 are out. DALL-E 3 can make wetlook, but it is so hit-or-miss whether the people or clothes actually look wet, so I've started to mostly do messy pictures now.
Maybe sooner or later I'll get around to posting more pictures, but you're free to borrow some of my themes:
- Berry picking (or gardening, working in the field, harvesting, etc). ChatGPT kinda ran away with my phrase "show the effects of their messy work on their dresses" and did everything from random berries clinging to the skirt to what looks like wine stains, to mud stains and muddy skirts.
- Bridal Boot Camp. Just that phrase alone created some really goofy images of both brides in a crossfit gym and brides in actual military boot camp-style images. Adding in things like "muddy obstacle course" or "low-crawling in the mud" makes other interesting images.
- Bridal Shower. Not messy, but I found ChatGPT usually accepts prompts based around it as long as the focus is more on acting out the pun than on the shower itself. I've gotten some great wetlook brides with this prompt.
- Formal Pool Party. Also not messy, and these prompts for whatever reason tend to get a lot of extra limbs and twisted bodies, but when they work out, they can make some great formal wetlook pictures.
- Gunged Brides. I stole this idea from other posts in this forum, with the chocolate-covered brides and birthday parties, but it works really well.
- Hiking. I've gotten some great pictures of muddy skirts and heels in these pictures. Hiking in the rain, hiking in a swamp, hiking in the Amazon, etc.
- Mud Volleyball. I tried this in both Nightcafe and Seaart with dresses and got mostly junk results, like weirdly-elongated jerseys and partially-sequined jerseys or women just standing on top of the mud in fancy dresses, but in ChatGPT, I've gotten some really amazing results like the ones I've attached to this post. It does really good diving shots too. I haven't gotten much in the way of landings, but it's given me a lot of ones where you know she's fully extended and the only outcome is a big, muddy splash.
- Food Fights. These are easy to get, but hard to get looking realistic and believable.
- Soccer, Football, Rugby, and other outdoor sports. Action shots are tough, and just like with the mud volleyball ones, the field, goals, and balls often look super unrealistic, but I've had luck with getting muddy dresses and fun scenes.

I love these! I made a few muddy camping pics, but I was mostly focused on getting a picture as similar as possible to one of my real-life favorite pictures ever taken of me, so I never went the full fantasy direction with my image creation attempts. I may have to give this a try too!
I imagine this is what an outdoor opera festival would look like, if such an event even existed and if it rained heavily during it.
I know casual attire is accepted at most venues now, even for these formerly ultra-formal events like the opera, but I still associate "going to the opera" with "wearing my best dress" and like to think that would extend to an outdoor, weekend-long opera festival.

Thank you for taking the trouble to post all those ideas Kabe22. I've picked out the idea above because it's something I've been trying to do in my Victorian women at work and at play thread (https://umd.net/groups/ai-glamour-wetlook-and-muddy-victorian-w) and also earlier in the "A place to post ai content" thread. I'll update the former soon, but I've also added some images below to contribute to this worthy thread, although the birthday angle has fallen by the wayside rather!
My images aren't as muddy as some splendidly achieve but, then again, my general preference for my own images is to retain a vague sense of realism rather than them being complete fantasy!
