I think you shouldn't worry about any foodstuffs because they are all designed to go down drains eventually. We live in a park home site with questionable drains and a sespit and there has been all manner of items including feathers and clay down our drains with no problems.

My suggestion is to flush it down the toilet, not via the bath's waste pipe along with plenty more water.
From a domestic plumbing point of view this pipe work is wide enough and designed to carry solid waste straight to the sewer, the grey water outlets (sink, basin, bath, shower) are all two thirds narrower, with traps and bends and grilles more prone to blockage. Obviously make sure your toilet is on full size pipe work and not on an extension like a Saniflo.
If you have a septic tank it should be okay if it's just occasional food/bio degradable matter but you just need to remember that this waste is not being carried away anywhere and anything that doesn't break down through a natural biological process will stay in there/have to be pumped out at a cost.
It's interesting to note that public sewers become blocked and lined with fat deposits anyway - and this is caused by oil in waste food being carried out through washing up water.
Never had a problem with cake batter, I usually use almost no oil and just water and an egg or two.. Just use plenty of hot water when you clean up and you shouldn't have a problem
If you use an additive, like house paint, it help prevent the "pilling" in hair that water and flour seem to do. I've noticed it keeps the mixture smooth and separated when washing down a drain.

Great idea with the toilet nearby it wouldn't be hard to clean it out by the bucket load!
I have a whole lot of experience with this as of this weekend! The DIY cake batter I made is half flour / half sugar by weight. Add water, mix with a paddle mixer attachment for an electric drill, and there you go. Cake batter that doesn't turn into a bunch of terrible sticky balls of flour and costs next to nothing. It cleans up super easy down the shower drain, or it keeps just fine overnight if you have any more plans for the next day.
Anyway I have to thank a certain man/wife/store for making me curious about how to make cake batter in bulk after a comment a couple weeks ago. It's definitely a game changer!

That's what I had planned haha I got 14 boxes of mix and 2 giant things of oil
There you go! I've done about half as much before. But added in Mayo and molasses and pudding and chocolate sauce. It goes down the drain at the hotels I've been messy in
I'd snake your drain first if u have or anyone has / had long hair, I've had issues in past w it getting stuck to a had stuck around something in drain and people came out to snake it m found my hair and old clumps of cake batter n pieces of oatmeal n some pie crust

This right here is my concern... It coagulation on the hair in the pipe and forming a clog...
CandyCustard said: the gluten in flour is the sticky protein that once the starch is washed away, sticks in hair and risks clogging drains etc
the bags and boxes of cake batter that are specifically for cake making are low gluten, and usually not a problem
You can also use gluten free flour or a mix of both
I was going to chime in with that if Candy hadn't. Gluten is a large binder, and especially with things like hair, that can cause the majority of your plugs. Less the other stuff.
Also, what Trouso said about the toilet. Without getting graphic, I can attest as someone with stomach problems that toilet drains are made of sterner stuff than your shower/tub.
I have to use gluten free cake mix and I still add cooking oil to the mix so it does t clump in our hair. I've had one bad experience and also my wife had one super close call w clumping where it got close to hair cutting / shaving head was a possible bad outcome
