Has there been a change to the way pages load? if I click an image on the wall, it opens in an overlay over the original page, which means if you naturally click the back button then instead of taking you back to the previous page you could end up anywhere.
I am sure there used to be an option to switch this off, but I can't for the life of me find it.
Another thing that bothers me is if you are viewing from a mobile device, the wall shows the first page, then instead of having the page numbers at the bottom, only gives you a button to view full wall. clicking this loads the paged view, but then you pretty much have to scroll back through all the stuff you have just seen to get to the next page. why is this done like this?
I noticed this too. Sometimes my browsing get captured in the popup. So the url remains /wall even though I am browsing the forum or people section. It happens when I click the "Post" link on a forum picture preview popup. The forum post loads in the popup, and then all navigation happens in the popup.
I also noticed that the store links under producer's posts in the forum popup instead of loading store url. Navigating the store does not change the url.
The main problem I have is that if I add a bookmark, it may not bookmark what I am viewing and be the wall or whatever page the popup came up. The other problem is that I frequently copy urls. I use them in replies.
I could get used to the changes. I think it is nice on the wall. I don't like browsing a store in a popup, but I can get used to opening store links in a new tab. I like the loading screen of Carmella in the popup though
Another annoyance, the "Back to top" link on the wall goes to the home page rather than top of the wall.
Modern web apps will do the thing where content loads in modals or a separate layer because it's more intuitive, but *also* save that state as a unique URL. So if you bookmark that URL, it returns the browser to the state it was when you saved it.
I don't know if that's under development, but it would be nice!
