Your contract would likely have stipulated that the videos would be used commercially on your store. You are correct that you have the right to set the price whatever level you deem appropriate. However when making your arrangement there would have been an understanding that these videos would be sold and not given away for free due to a personal vendetta you have with the model. If you had made the decision for commercial/promotional reasons to set a "name your price" deal then you are correct - I would not see an issue. But publicly announcing that the price is being set as low as $0.00 because the model tried to screw you over (but ultimately didn't) is NOT ok. I don't see what you are struggling to comprehend?
Once again though, you choose to try and attack me (just like you have your model) rather than correcting your action. If you would like to make a business decision to offer name your price then that is your prerogative. But to clearly put in the description that this is being done to retaliate because a model wanted you to make a claim against them to get a refund rather than just refunding you herself is petty at best and potentially illegal in some countries under recent revenge porn laws - previous contract or not

I can only assume that you have not seen my posts on recent issues around various topics which have arisen. I regularly report piracy using the anti-piracy tools here and/or directly to models/producers if I know them well enough. Model safety is paramount - even after you stop working with them. That is my main concern here - your motivations are not ethical or conducive of promoting or enhancing model safety. The retaliatory nature of your actions demonstrates this.
From a personal perspective I have regular contact with a number of models I have worked with and have had models ask me to take their content down months or years after working with them and I will always work with them on this to protect them/their interests

I completely understand and as a fellow producer have been in a similar position to you previously. If a model has given a bad service you can give feedback/raise awareness of this but there are right and wrong ways of doing this. Offering her content at significantly reduced prices in an attempt to expose her to more eyes is not one of them.
If you have issues with a model or their behaviour then the forums are usually the best place. If they are no longer actively modelling then bite the bullet and enjoy what you did get from them when you did. Don't try and retaliate or get your own back on them

I'm not saying that she is innocent - just that you shouldn't be putting this in the description or using this as a reason to offer her content at a reduced price like this. It can be frustrating when models back out and try not to refund the money but please remember they are people at the end of the day and they should be always be treated with dignity and respect. Without them we would have a lot less content!

I sincerely hope that your description is not serious - every model has the right to change their mind and say no. I appreciate it can be frustrating however this does not grant the option for retaliation in any form. If you don't like it then don't use them again
