Wearing a Tiswas t-shirt Foxy gets a surprise soaking whilst reading a weather report. By the end of the forecast he looks like he entered a Mr Wet T-Shirt contest! He then attempts to interview the infamous Phantom Flanflinger who lives up to his reputation and plasters Foxy in custard pies.
