Love you, tooI really really like pie, but doing pie right means buying out grocery stores of all of their heavy whipping cream.
I also have an expensive "building WAM devices" habit.

5 manual pies followed by a dump of 10+lbs in 1s of cream, cherry filling, and chocolate from a massive overhead pie tube. Edited down to the pies--no fluff time, just pie, then giant pie tube dump.
