Wearing her sexy green lingerie, Sammie takes a seat in the gunge tank and must do some nasty farts using "farting putty"! She must then guess if each fart she does will be higher or lower in pitch than the last. For every fart she guesses incorrectly, Sammie will earn herself an additional gunging at the end of the game!
