In this scene, we see The Wife wearing a purple mtv sweat-shirt, jean shorts, lilac super long slouch socks, glasses, and a big purple bow in her long hair. While on the phone, she opens the door to the kitchen, only to have it get caught on some tarp laying on the ground. She then realizes that she's stumbled into The Man's home improvement project. She complains to her friend on the other line that she wishes The Man had hired a professional to do the job instead. She soon really regrets The Man's handy work, as she is suddenly maimed by two forty second long waterings in a row. The following day, The Wife wears a different purple sweat-shirt. black shorts, glasses, and white slouch socks. She is on another phone call with her friend when she enters the same room as before, but the tarp is gone! "The work must be done!" she thinks. As she continues her phone conversation, she unintentionally triggers three separate different colored slimes from the ceiling above. After all the messy shenanigans have subsided, the floor and the poor Wife are covered. She realizes afterwords just why The Man had wanted to do the home improvements himself.
