If you've watched a Splatter Island video before, then you're already familiar with the basic format, and this video is structured pretty much the same as the others in the series. The biggest draw of this particular episode, of course, is "Leo"--and the fact that he gets full-frontal naked (and unabashedly shows off his massive cock) by the end of the clip.
