In this scene Permamarka give his bare feet a bit of a gunging (did the mud scene the night before so trying to get mud out of nails with nail brush soz) pouring the gunge from a nice heigh and letting the feet do the hard work. Slowly going up the leg and stomping about letting the gunge slip down.
