In this scene Permamarka gets referred to Clumsy Clown Recruitment as he wants to be a clown... after getting interviewed the interviewer decides to cover permamarka in pies! (Lost clip sooo sorry) However despite this Permamarka decides to put some of this training into action but being a badly behaved clown! What a shame eh? Some people just deserve it!

It doesn't stop there, the terror lives on and Permamarka is sure he will be the best clown and own the circus soon!
