Tiffany is suffering from an uncontrollable desire for sweets and needs help. So she arrives at the office of Dr. Penelope who has a program to help those with an extreme sweet tooth. Penelope explains to Tiffany that the program is very extreme, but Tiffany is willing to try anything at this point. Penelope tells her that she will be subjected to an overdose of sweets, until she can't stand them anymore. Tiffany tells her that she doesn't think she can't eat that much sweets all at once. Penelope then tells her she will wear the sweets and not eat them. Tiffany is then pied and must repeat over and over again that she hates pies, as they are smash in her face. Next comes the custard over her face and she repeats over and over again how she hates custard. Next is a mouth full of chocolate syrup. She does her best to repeat how she hates it, as the chocolate pours into her mouth and down her chin. Now she is asked to take off the dress and is pied again. This is followed with her taking off her panties and getting on all fours. Then Penelope promptly pies Tiffany's face and ass at the same time. Tiffany then gets her head dunked in a bucket of chocolate batter. She continues to repeat how she hates chocolate as her head gets submerged over and over again. She then gets the bucket of chocolate poured over her head. Penelope tells Tiffany to play in the mess and rub it all over. Tiffany is cured, but it turns out the side effect is that she now loves to get messy.
