"It's the bucket of water game!"
Just a bit of fun--the other three girls all take turns throwing buckets of cold water all over Nurse Wendy, who is dressed for work in one of her uniform dresses.
Wendy takes buckets to the lower front of her dress, then her bottom, and the has several buckets poured all over her, ending up totally drenched. Lady Rose and Morgana are also both wearing outfits in which they get soaked in other updates.
