With sea-grey eyes and raven hair, Evelyne is the hall's cook, and absolute mistress of the extensive kitchens. Senior to almost all the staff bar the housekeeper, at Saturation Hall her duties are complicated by being responsible not just for the "eating food", but the "wearing food" too. In her mid 40s, she brings a sense of tradition and handed down skills to the Hall's otherwise quite young staff roster.
And woe betide anyone she catches attempting to make off with any of the Hall's secret recipes! A sticky fate awaits anyone who crosses Evelyne, be they staff or household!
