Nothing better than an over-the-top, head-to-toe trashing with buckets of proper TV-style gunge and dozens of sloppy custard pies.

Huge fan of getting trashed in sports kit ... footie and rugby kit,, cycling gear, wrestling singlets, lycra running tights, compression gear, trainers, socks and jocks.

Love dishing out the gunge and seeing a well-presented guy get turned into an unrecognisable blob of goo, but also very happy to have the tables turned and for me to be the one getting trashed. Messy games, forfeits and challenges are always a lot of fun.
