It has recently come to my attention that a number of my videos are for sale without my permission or the permission of the person who shot the video in the first place.


Coming back here and shooting videos again was not an easy decision for me to make so imagine my surprise to recently find others selling my videos on there stores / sites without my or the original owners permission who shoot the videos for me.


I'm so upset to find this I am beginning to wonder if I should have come back in the first place

I have hade so many messages of support since my return from friends old and new that I am asking you all to continue to support me by only downloading paid for material from my official store https://wam-chantelle.umd.net/

I can only continue to make these shoots happen if I have the support of my messy fans, what little money I do make pretty much goes back into buying better equipment, messy supplies and clothing to bring you all what you love

That really sucks. Have you reached out to the sites or MM to get this fixed? I hope you stick around.

If it's stores on here let MM know and he'll sort it. If its elsewhere, copyright complaints may help to get them pulled.

Just want to thank everyone for you support
What makes it worse is it was a member of my own family that has sold me out to another site, someone who I trusted for years that was taking my photos was all the time double crossing me

As a result I'm considering my future her over the coming days but any custom shoots that have been paid for will be completed regardless of my decision

HI Chantelle, don't give up, this is just a blip - it's annoying I know but you can take steps for any unauthorised selling

if it's anything on pornhub or any of the tube sites, do a dcma takedown form

if it's something like clips4sale then they are very good if you get in contact and explain no permission was given

if it's here, MessMaster will sort it quickly for you

I'm shocked to hear that, and I'm so sorry it's happened; you must feel very hurt and betrayed by it.

Obviously, you have to make the right decision for you as to whether you stay or not, but for what it's worth I can only add my voice to those who hope you do stay. We've had a few losses in recent months on UMD, as the likes of Kitten and Sweetsophie have quietly retired (the less said about the one who screwed it up for herself the better), and so your return, along with Decadent Doll's, has given everyone a real lift.

I'd love you to stick around.

Just noting that piracy is never allowed here, especially from a fellow producer who is on UMD. I am working privately with Wamchantelle to try and get a list of actual scenes that she is laying copyright to, as nothing was flagged yet. Then I will suspend those scenes and try to get all parties talking and find a resolution.

I've been speaking with Wamchantelle and just to clarify, the content in question is not on UMD stores, but apparently on another site. I've offered to help get both parties communicating, but I'm not sure what attempts were made so far.

I personally verify or vouch for all vids on the UMD stores, and all our producers are legit. If anyone feels infringed, please flag the content and / or contact me. I can't do much if the issue is not on the UMD, but I'll do my best to help.

Well after a week from hell discovering that my once trusted photographer and family member DirtyDidds did the dirty on me and sold a lot of my scenes on to a 3rd party download store connected to UMD without my or my video guys permission I would like to say I am made of stronger stuff and will for the time being not be going anywhere unless its muddy or full of sloppy food etc.
The wonderful site owner Messmaster has now confirmed the store in question has had the clips removed and will be working things out in the background as to what happens next as it is not yet known how much I stand to have lost as a result of this copyright infringement

What I would like to do is thank each and every one of you for your messages of support as well as the odd begging letter begging me to stay (you know who you are) lol
I'm looking forward to getting back on track and down and dirty in only the way I know best

Absolutely delighted to hear you're sticking (geddit? ) around. Having just purchased your latest work legitimately it's been amazing seeing you back after your prolonged absence. Your latest work brought all the memories back of all your older material and I for one are so looking forward to seeing more from one of my UMD favourites. But I'm still shocked to see who the culprit was. I did wonder if it was him from the way you phrased your original post because he was associated with you in the past, but hoped I was wrong. Sadly I wasn't.

Of course, Didds used to be a semi-regular poster, both here and on Splosh, back when he was photographing/filming Mercedes. (In fact, the way he told the story, he got her into WAM in the first place.) Therefore, this piracy has come from someone who used to be part of the community. It's bad enough from an anonymous troll, but someone we know? Damn. As Jayce once said of another breach of trust, that's a real kick in the nuts.

Again, you have my sympathy.

I am desperately sorry to read that this happened to you, but am delighted to hear that you are not allowing him to 'win', and are staying on UMD.

You made a number of custom movies and photo sets for me a few years ago that I've been selling as they where commission and paid for by myself with you as the model. We discussed these shoots via messages on here and you where more than happy to do this for me at the time as I'm at a loss why you feel I've ripped you off !!

I'm happy to remove the movies that you shot for wamchantelle.com to clear this up but not the ones I commissioned.

on anther note you still have a pair of my waders that I would like returned as obviously you will no longer make movies for me and I can't allow my items to be used in future movies.

I wasn't going to name your site here but as you want to make it known that it's your site selling videos then go ahead
the guy that shot them gave no rights to ether Dave Dirtydidds or yourself to sell and distribute his material in any way therefore you are commingling copyright infringement and will now face full legal proceedings if the scenes are not removed from your collection of sites

You can take me for a fool but I warn you and Dave I will take you both to the cleaners

Darren Is the copyright owners of the material that was stolen and then sold to you without any writing permission to use

I encourage everyone to avoid using any of these thieves sites and ask for the full support of the wam community

I've removed these movies from all my sites as you requested as the matter with Dave is unclear and I'm only doing what's right under these circumstances.

Can we calm this down and stop pointing fingers at producers who have been ripped off

If he has done what he said then I am happy the matter has been resolved and would like to put this behind me

I never wanted to go public in the first place but felt the people concerned were not talking me seriously at the time

As for any items of clothing or footwear they are ether destroyed during the shoot or we're kept by Dave Neville so that's something they can work out between them
