ariel and myself did a nuru gel scene together and i am wondering....would that be considered wetlook? i know that wetlook involves a lot of fun in clothes but this is nude but it LOOKS wet! it is ariels scene but i thought i would ask just in case I do a scene with just nuru gel one day....what do you consider it?? messy or wetlook? i feel like its BOTH. what is yalls take on it?
A fan sent us two cases of that stuff for Amy and Penelope to use in a shoot next week. We are planning to post it in both our messy and wetlook stores. It's one of the messes that both messy and wetlook fans can appreciate.
I'd say messy, but it is hard to classify. I tend to consider oil messy too, as I think of wetlook as just water, but both of those fall into the gray area in-between.

To an extent it depends on where you are promoting it. Dedicated wetlook sites tend to have stricter definitions on what counts as wetlook, such as "must be fully dressed in non-swimwear", whereas the UMD is more freewheeling on it.

I was gonna respond with my own answer, but I think your response is best of all Though to some people, as long as it "looks wet," it is wetlook, whatever the substance.
