Hi all

So another year will soon be ending, but what a year is has been.

There have been some amazing videos and pictures sets this year, and the mess has definitely been in full flow.

As you probably know, each day a member is awarded the WOTD, or Wammer Of The Day, for non-acronym types.
This is awarded based on loves, to posts, pictures, videos etc on the day.

So I've looked at this and compiled the WOTY, or Wammer Of The Year.
This is based and the person who has received the WOTD the most times over the year.

At the top of this list is MessyGirl

This, actually is of no surprise as the conent that she produces is absolutely amazing. So a big congratulations to MessyGirl on WOTY.

2nd is Reverend Slymsford, who again is a top producer, with fantastic scenes.

I have included some pictures of tables showing the top 10, although there is more than 10, as there are a few joint positions.

I have all included a pie chart (it had to be a pie chart haha).

I would also like to give a special note to ms-pie-oneer, who is (joint) 9th over the year, as she has only been here for a month. In that time she's really made an impact, and is (currently) 5th in the overall rankings. So well done to her.

All these figures may be of no interest, so I do apologise, but I thought I'd share.

Lastly, I wish each and everyone of you a very happy new year, and wish you a healthy, safe and messy 2025.

I love a good list and chart!

Interestingly, I feel like The Man and The Wife are consistently WOTD and top scene/store come Sunday/Monday after the Friday release percolates a bit. Funny how perception and reality are what they are, right?

Yeah, Something doesn't feel right about "The Man and The Wife" position on that chart. Everyone else hit about where I expected them to... I'm guessing the Love metric is affected by the # of Photos posted and the like.

I have re-checked the data again and can confirm that it is correct.

Although it may seem that they constantly win WOTD they did only in fact win WOTD 5 times in 2024:
14th, 16th January
4th, 10th February
30th November

This however is still a great achievement and I salute them. The work and scenes they produce is superb.

Apologies, wasn't implying the numbers were doctored or questioning the method or anything. Just that I wondered as to UMD's WOTD tracker itself, sometimes I feel like I log in on a morning and see someone is a new WOTD but by the end of the day it's someone else, almost like it's Wammer of the Moment. But I don't have any observed and recorded data to back that up, so it could easily just be my perception being wrong. No harm meant!

How did u check? Just doing day by day? Or is there a place on umd that compiles it ? I'd be interested in seeing how many times my wife (from my postings) got nominated / ranked

Not only did Messygirl take the top spot with almost double the number of wins, they also are the only ones to manage at least one WOTD every month! (and usually more than one!)

The conga rats are dancing for all those in the top 10 WOTY *and* for all the WOTD winners all along the way!
