This was an episode with a long introduction. It would feature the contestants in swimsuits in mud, but it began with Jessica doing the introduction with women from the audience wearing dresses or skirts, trying unsuccessfully to pull Jessica into the mud. The show was shot partially outdoors and partially in the studio.

Most of these women weren't even in the episode, so consider these images a bonus.

The first part of the show finally begins . . . the contestants try to avoid having mud dropped onto them by correctly answering questions. But they all got hit with mud. Even the cameraman, whose camera immediately quit working, which is why there are only two pictures.

Instead of a large volume of mud being dropped on the group, our new cameraman (borrowed from another nearby studio) took individual footage of each girl getting hammered by the falling mud.

Finally, the show came to an end and once more, our hostess Jessica hoped to escape the stage reasonably clean.

She didn't - but it was mostly her own fault, as she kept slipping in the clay and falling in over and over again. Once in a while, she managed to stay on her feet - but only for a moment.

The borrowed cameraman did a great job of capturing most of her messiest moments, even the odd wardrobe malfunction, which we're glad of! Jessica even got one of the contestants on her back in the mud when she tried to pull her in. You'll notice her legs in the air in one of the pictures.

I noticed that some of the people in the background of the outdoor scenes seemed wet. Are there pics of Jessica and the contestants showering off in an outdoor shower?

I hadn't created any, but that might be a good idea to follow up with shower-off pictures. Thanks for mentioning it!

It seems that the hostess and contestants all got hosed down after the show, in the field where all the mud had been taken from. We're not sure if they were any cleaner after the hosing-down.

Great! It sure would be great if there are more of these shower/hose down pics after each show!

I already started some for the upcoming shows. Lots to go though. I can't believe how many episodes I have ready to post. They will each have a rinse-off though.
