I've found Bing pretty good, but you're not going to get topless or nude photos out of it.
It depends what you mean by restrictive. If you mean you get the dog error message, then try relaxing your instructions, don't make it too sexual, use alternative descriptions e.g. yellow smile instead of custard or deliberately misspell words e.g. mayyonaiise.
If you mean the models look samey, try altering the descriptions, small nose, oval face, high cheekbones, different hair styles hair colours. Also Europe contains about fifty different countries - I usually try and mix-and match. I find Danish, Ukrainian and Russian tend to get the prettiest!
