I just wanted to do a little post about clean up, I bet all of us amazing Sploshers have lots of little life hacks we use to clean up after we have gone wild in playing out our fantasies!!

So I thought I'd share a couple of things I've found work amazingly well and I'd absolutely love to hear about how you all clean up after a session!!

As all my incredible fans know, I do everything solo, I'm not part of a studio or production company. My crazy Messy Adventures are all fantasies I dream up and then act out in my own home, so I need to be creative when it comes to clean up as I like to spend the smallest amount of time possible on clean up as let's face it my darlings, once the Sploshing session is over and the big messy orgasm is over, I always find the clean is the last thing I want to do!

So I use a scoop from a dust pan and brush to gather everything into buckets and then I triple up thick rubble sack bin liners and pour the substances into those to make manageable bags that can go in my boot and be taken to my local dump to be disposed off properly. I then use a window cleaner style rubber squidgey to wipe the mess off me as best I can whilst still stood on the plastic sheet. Then (and this is a game changer) I put on a disposable decorating suit that has a hood and zips all the way up. I then put on decorator style over shoe plastic covers on my feet and I can walk comfortably through my house, across carpet and past my white walls up to my shower and I can then jump in and clean off! This system is amazing, I can't recommend it enough, literally not a drip of mess anywhere!! Plus the feel inside the suit is pretty amazing all the gooey mixed slop trapped against my naked body and long hair!!

I hope that's helpful to some of my fellow Sploshers!! Please feel free to share your advice and tips below, I'd love to hear from everyone! I've added some pictures so you know what I'm talking about. This is the aftermath of the latest scene I shot, I did a messy buckets challenge 'the re-match' OH MY GOD!!! the painters/decorators suit idea is incredible! I haven't been able to figure how to get from the basement to the 2nd floor without 6583 towels lining the path. My mind gears are turning The 10ft-to-shower limit has just been lifted lol!! You may share some responsibility for what happens next haha

I've learned to take the time in the shower to clean all the bowls, plates, scoopers, etc. Having the shower running, you are better able to multi task. plus a clean bowl is great for pouring water around the edges of the tub, down the shower curtain and through your hair. I generally try to rescue clothes if possible. I also use the bowls to start washing them. Think pioneer days minus the washboard. Obviously still wash the dishes with real dish soap before serving a party guest, but this will help get the bulk of the cleaning knocked out quickly....

I cheated a bit, when I designed the master bathroom I had this sort of thing in mind and have yet to do this anywhere outside the shower. It does a great job of containing everything To minimize clogs and the amount of material that goes down the drain, I'll squeegee the floor, walls, seat, what I was wearing, and me and put it all in a bucket so it can be reused later. That handles the huge majority of of mess but of course not all.

For what I can't collect, that goes down the shower. The drain is a linear one by Schlueter. There's a strainer on top that catches large things and then another one at the bottom for whatever is smaller such as oats. I'll shower off myself, hair, and whatever I was wearing, and clothes end up going straight to the laundry like normal with whatever regular light/dark colored things I have that need cleaning.

I have something planned that will need to be outside the shower because a helper will be required. For that I'm going with the plastic chair in a kiddie pool, on top of plastic sheeting next to the shower and hope that will do it, but I'm all ears on this thread to learn more!

Wow! You are opening up so much, Hope. That is great. I loved the chocolate pie scene. That blew my mind!

I definitely have to look for this. I get paranoid with the lingering scent.

Brooke, those are great ideas. Instead of a squeegee we have used plastic pastry scrapers. They are designed to be flexible, so one can get the curves, nooks and crannies.

I love the idea of the painter's suit. I also love the idea of seeing you fill one while wearing it.

Here's one especially good for introducing someone to WAM. (My wife insists on this, and I think she's right.) If you are using syrups or cake batter or pudding in cans, warm them up in the bathtub. We would plan our weekend night fun a little ahead, so after dinner we'd put the containers in hot water in the tub. Of course test before use, but we found that a lot of the warmth is retained.

I usually gunge Mrs FB in the bath. Even though she ends up covered in the thickest, most disgusting mess you can think of I simply bucket it down the toilet with plenty of flushes in between

BTW make sure you leave the plug in. I left it out once and blocked the drain, beans, Nutella, super thick porridge and peanut butter tends to do that.

I am in love with your recent mud vids and your just, all around enthusiasm here on the forums! It's like a breath of fresh air! The forums can be a nasty place....you really bring light to it! I love this post!
I do the "hand squeegee" technique. On my whole body and then the tarp scootch haha but I have had to wipe down many walls from new gals who don't understand the tarp walk just yet. Lol I need to get them some suits! It would be cool to see you in the suit in the shower ans watch it go super see through. !!!

This would be really helpful for mehron too. When the water hits a mehron covered body? It splatters that high pigment EVERYWHERE. all over walls if your shower tile doesn't reach the ceiling! Believe me! I got a spot above my shower where my ex friend jumped in and just let the water hit hwr and it soaked that oil and pigment into my walls and now we have to literally go at the walls with a grinder or whatever and pray the oil didn't sink to the dry wall. If it did? We have to replace the wall with tile!

Jayce - there are paint primers specially designed for covering oil (and gas) spots. One is called Latex-it Oil Spot Primer. Home Depot sells it. There are likely others, too.

I'm not a fan of the clean up. If it's not cleaned right, you have bad smells and possibility of attracting insects.

My best advice for indoor messes, is to have some sort of messy room or space that can be easily cleaned. A large shower is ideal, but any well prepared room will work.
To me, the most important parts of a messy room is having a water supply and some sort of drainage. You can get water to anywhere in your house by the use of a hose. But drainage may require some planning and some cash. If I were to build a dedicated messy room, I'd build a stage in a spare room or a garage, maybe on 2 X 12s Add a lip along the edges to prevent mess from flowing over the edge. Make a drain somewhere in the center of the stage and run a pipe from the drain to the end of the stage and place a tub or tank to capture overflow. Use a wet vac to drain the tub or tank.

An alternative to a messy room in your home is, if you have the yard space, and some money, buy a larger shed, and build a messy room in it.

A couple of things to consider. I wouldn't do this idea if the house is on a septic system. A septic tank would not do well if it had to ingest hundreds of gals of food based mess or mud.

Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of making a big indoor mess in my house any more. Not that I don't want to but, we now live in a new house and don't want to trash it.

I rather prefer doing messy shoots outside and we now have enough yard space to make a large completely private mud pit.

That is so lovely to hear, I'm such a big fan of your work and how you are most definitely a girl after my own heart with your HUGE messy sessions!! We definitely follow the same life motto of "go big or go home"!! Haha. I definitely think when it comes to Sploshing their is no such thing as too much mess. Your scenes always have great production and lots of thought behind them, very much an inspiration!! If only you lived closer, we could have the Sploshing session to end all Sploshing sessions together

You're so right about the ceiling and non tiled areas in the bathroom! I fell foul to that one early on when the water bounced the mess everywhere! I now tape a bin bag over the ceiling and exposed wall area when I shower so it's all fully enclosed

Brooke, I love your scenes, have you thought about getting messy in the overalls? Im talking about filling it with mess and that kind of thing.

I once got some paper overalls (Tyvek Labo was the actual name/brand/type) where they also had the overshoes attached to them and no mess could get out. I put on some long rubber gloves and filled it with a load of mess that I had saved from a previous session so it was really messy and disgusting (there was a few buckets worth), it felt incredible.
I wore a swimsuit underneath and filled that with the mess as well as down the arms and just coated the inside of it with mess, I'd highly recommend giving it a go.

Brooke these are some of the most exquisite beautiful photos I've seen of you. As for cleaning while alone I try new things thank you for adding to my list of ideals to clean faster and leave no trace

Wow, Brooke I love your scenes. You are fast becoming (if not already ) a WAM icon.

Your tips/advice on clean up are appreciated, clean up is usually the messy part.
