I'm surprised this hasn't happened earlier. For years there's been multiple videos of Leon rubbing the girls in mess. He rubs their ass between their thighs and over breast. Im sure Lisa would have told him not to do that and he probably just said it's for the mess not feeling them. But obviously he's getting a feel at the same time. I always thought it was wrong.

I have not posted any of what their former model told me about Leon and just the conviction details from a newspaper so no guessing,no conjecture,no gossip and no apologising needed. Why do you think a convicted sex offender making thousands of dollars from using fairly young models on this forum should be hushed up?

I have been told a lot about Leon by their former model and have not put any of that here. Only put the newspaper article stating the conviction,sex offenders course and sentence which is a matter of record.
To be honest it is a shame because I hope this doesn't affect anything for future of Mostwam since they have some of the most classiest looking every day girls in wam. Leon just keep your hands to yourself and respect that you're living everyone's dream by getting beautiful girls messy.

There are full time models, part time models and other staff that make there living doing the job they love... The courts are punished him (if the article is right) I think that is sufficient for us to leave it there.

I don't think Leon should be allowed to be associated with the site any more. He should not be able to sell things on the site and should not be approved for customs. That being said, I am not sure what the company of Mostwam is made up of. If Leon was just a photographer that was hired and worked for the company Mostwam or if he is the company Mostwam. If he is the company Mostwam then the store here should be closed in my opinion.
However, this is a very sticky line (No pun intended) for MM. In the T&C for the site it says that we can discuss issues that happen, but that action will not be taken against things that did not happen on the site. Look over the Jurisdiction section of the T&C. It is hard to say where this should fall. We have someone who outside of the site committed a crime and still has an open store. There is another person on the site that stole money from people on the site that even though the importance of contracts has been expressed, is allowed to post but not approved for customs and does not have a store set up. The only director is Leon as is public record as is the conviction.

Given the nature of this Forum which is a business and a community how can UMD have any credibility to allow this mans business to do business here without losing all credibility. Many banned previously from this forum for much less than sexually assaulting a model that appeared on here. Some teenager not doing a $5 custom is a lot less than sexual assault.

The link to the report has been posted 3 times and removed 3 times. If Mostwam aren't removed then it's a cover up for money reasons as opposed to moral reasons.
Just to clarify no cover-up was intended and the links were removed by me temporarily whilst we investigated the accusations.

I hate that you are putting me in a position to explain things this way, but you are making connections that just are not there. As a business, what dishonest practices has MM or for that matter any mods taken or continue that has to do with people losing money on things? MM has gone out of his way to try to make things right on multiple occasions when people have been scammed here. When it comes to the business dealings MM has done a great job to try and earn the trust of the community in financial dealings. That their money will not be stolen and that the transaction will take place in a secure method and both parties are satisfied.

The actions were taken outside the forum and had nothing to do with the majority of the people that participate both in the forums and purchase things from the website. Is what was done a shitty thing, yes absolutely 100% you will never get an argument from me that what was done was in any way acceptable. I have not said that Messmaster or any mods have done anything dishonest. You've agreed Mostwam aka Leon should not be allowed to do business here and if he was allowed to still do business here then UMD would lose credibility. I haven't said any other stores,or any other person is a fault or tarnished in any other way. I have faith Messmaster will remove this person and his store.

I am in no way defending him, I am saying that he has been punished by a court of law... I don't think we should be punishing his loved ones and the people that work for the company, that put their time, effort, money and energy into creating incredible content for us... I understand that some of that money does go to Leon... but also is significant amount goes to the women and to the people that work incredibly hard as well.
and just for the record, I said this... (if the article is right) ... as at the time I hadn't read the article as it was removed by UMD.

Agreed, as this information even without a number could cause serious issues for people other than Leon himself as well.

If the info is accurate, he wasn't punished, per se - it was a suspended sentence. Suspended sentences in the UK are judgements where the offender does not have to go to prison provided that they commit no further offences and comply with any requirements imposed. TLDR, boys will be boys, don't do it again.

Also I want to say this, that because of the nature of mostwam as a company... we know that a lot of people that work for the company are all friends and know each other outside.
So probably most of them would know about this (certainly the older ones) and friends of the victim... and they have decided to continue to work for mostwam... I'm sure there are safeguards in place now and things have probably changed to prevent things like this happening.
Also the judge did say "I hope you can go back to being the man you were before this regretful day" I think this means that the judge believe this is not a pattern of conduct that this was just one horrific day, and that he believes he can be the person he was before this terrible day happened.

One thing to remember, people do plead guilty for crimes they didn't commit. Leon's account.to what happened on his side is very plausible to what thousands of other people have to weigh up in life if there in that position

No, I'm still here and still producing in the UK, we do from time to time shoot abroad as we always have.
Lisa and myself separated the week before the events that led to my conviction.
Consent was requested for contact and working closely with some of the girls, who mostly were good friends, there was lots of flirting on and off camera. I have 17 years of working with the girls prior to this with no allegations or accusations and girls who stay with us for a long time, the money we pay was never THAT good.
We now have a HR team and policies in place to protect myself and anyone else who works with the girls, along with the girls themselves.
Now, I'm not sure which model has brought this here, but there is a model who I have recently let go, who wanted to continue working for me, but was trying to make compensation from me and who had threatened to go to the newspapers, not sure with what?
An investigation was made into the accusations that she had made against me, which very much concluded that I had done nothing wrong in relation to my convicted offence, other than not advising her about it, which at the time, I was under no obligation to do.
For obvious reasons, I will not work with a girl who has threatened me and as such, I expect that this is why this has blown up here.
I have since been advised to make all of the girls who work for me aware of my conviction, which is exactly what I have done.

Simply saying that this has been brought here by someone who, up until a couple of weeks ago still wanted to work for me, who I let go and who is angry because she can't work for me anymore.
Important point being, she still wanted to work for me, despite my conviction.
I perceive only one witch hunt going on here and it isn't for her.
