I was struggling with the censoring that most AI image generators force on users, but then discovered Perchance which seems to be totally free from filters.
Here are some photos I generated with Perchance. . .
Lots of them had the bad fingers, extra limbs, etc. but many others are quite good. As a fan of messy nudity, this is right up my alley.

Before you generate images, make sure your 'Art Style' setting is at 'Professional Photo' to avoid cartoonish images.
Once I find something I like (such as woman laying in mud) I then add a color in front of the word mud, such as green. I also change mud to other substances and some will work better than others.
Oddly, the woman's hair color will affect the photos too, as they seem to pull from libraries of photos, so a blonde with an otherwise same description as a redhead, will often result in different expressions, positions, etc.
