First if this has already been posted then I apologise for repeating.
While browsing I found a movie that contains a huge pie fight scene.
The film is called 'The Nutt House' and was released in 1992. On further searching I found that it was originally called 'The Nutty Nut' , apparently the pie scene is the biggest pie fight in a film since the epic one on the 'The Great Race'.
There are a couple of clips of the pie fight on YouTube, if you search for 'the nut house pie fight'. One is 5 minutes long and the other the whole 28 minute scene, however the longer scene is pretty bad quality.
Its a pretty good fight with lots of coverage. But in my opinion, it's still not as good as 'The Great Race' pie fight.
Thanks for reminding on that pie fight movie The Nut House. Unfortunately It didn't went famous or legendary despite of it's huge dimensions, because the movie itself is simply one of the worst movies ever made, it's so silly and badly directed that it's almost unbearable to watch. Blake Edwards "The Great Race" is way more superior. I still think the elegant setting for the pie fight is spectacular, a hundred of extras, everybody dressed up to the nines, expensive looking evening gowns and elegant black tuxedos, all of them getting massively covered. They shot it for a whole week, throwing hundreds of pies every day. Would have loved to participate. I loved the idea of the orchestra playing throughout the whole pie fight in the ball room, with all the instrumentalists serving as passive targets for the pies. You can find a few stills of the sequence in my gallery. The final result is nevertheless a bit disappointing, like the whole movie itself. But it works well as an inspiration for your individual messy fantasies.
It's a great pie fight for sure. A lot of men getting completely covered. The only thing I don't like is that women are involved. I love seeing men getting pied, but not women.
Man, this movie has been discussed in the WAM community for well over 25 years now! I distinctly remember people talking about it on the alt-fetish newsgroups that predated the UMD!
The big "news" was that Traci Lords was in the film, so everyone was anticipating she'd be well pied. And.... that didn't really happen. In fact, the final edit was pretty bad if you actually wanted to see good female hits.
Somewhere along the way, I obtained a VHS copy of the "work print," which is the same one I posted 5 years ago to YouTube (as the OP references). This one was obviously bootlegged and dubbed a few times, although not sure the original would look pristine or anything. Shame, because there ARE some decent female hits in that one. (And a metric TON of male hits.)
So, like The Great Race, it's a hugely expensive elaborately staged pie fight that also turned out to be a sausage fest.
Yes, terrible movie but great pie fight scene! Along with the pie fight scene in THE GREAT RACE, I'd also recommend the pie fight in SMASHING TIME (1967) starring a young Lynn Redgrave, Rita Tushingham, and Michael York. Not a great film, but pies fly everywhere. Clips are on YT.
This is one of my favorite movie pie fights (even though the movie is not great). There are so many great pie hits! I think Ben Stiller (or someone that looks a lot like him) is one of the extras.

There's a still of her about to throw a pie (not sure if it was only staged for publicity) and some of the existing footage indicates she WAS pied, but we never see her get hit. The directors and writers took assumed names in the credits. The editors should have, too, for leaving out her getting pied.
