Probably mud. Less convinent and so probably less frequent, but thers's something deeply primal about going out and getting covered in mud, that is just a whole extra level beyond any other form of WAM, to me.

As someone that doesn't really get messy that often in his life, I guess slime/gunge. Little smell, cleans up easier, goes down the drain.

That's a tough one, but I'll go with chocolate pudding. Easy cleanup, relatively cheap, tastes good if accidentally ingested, smells great. Also love Bavarian cream, but it's much more expensive.
