What was the heyday of movie pie throwing? The 1920s immediately come to mind. So I asked Bing for some pictures. I used variations of "At a 1920s film shoot, a cream pie hits the face of a flapper actress, leaving pie dripping down her face and front of her dress." I eventually dropped references to a movie set or shoot, because I was getting too much male crew and not enough pied girl. Thats why some of these aren't square. I edited them to focus on the girl.

I've been playing around with the "1920s" prompt. For some reason, I've gotten some of the best PIE pictures (in my opinion at least) by including water. The one with the woman about to heave a pie is the best pie throwing picture I've gotten yet. And wait! The woman on the pedestal or small fountain: Are those nipples? On nanny-state Bing???
