Bri explains to us that the customer never wrote to her and warned her, like we had all been told. So of course we're all mortified. Bri lashes out at us, and says the shoot is off she just wants to go home. Without waiting for hot water for the shower she splashes water over herself and puts on her emergency clothes (this customer has "previous"). Now there's no way the customer can ruin these clothes. But when she insults Miss Abigail again and calls her a very bad word, then it's on and Miss Abigail sets about totally destroying Bri... and her emergency clothes.
