As mentioned before I've been trying to replicate the vibe and look of specific real-life events involving cake throwing. It was quite a challenge to get the lighting and material as close as possible and while it's not perfect yet I think I ended up quite close.
Most of those are different prompts entirely as there's no way to reuse the same prompt to simulate different types of hits (overhead, front, etc). but feel free to ask if you want a prompt!
This is made with SORA using character models but no preset this time (I stopped using presets as it gets really random once you use long prompts and presets). Note that I don't use any image of the real events as base to produce those.
noahbuddy1 said: how are these prompts formatted differently from others? could I have an example prompt to test it out on my own?
Sure here's an example prompt for the very first image, it is quite straightforward:
Ultra-photorealistic concert cake hit framed from the stage to the crowd -- CAKE FACE festival style Cinematic 8K render Sigma 35mm f/1.4 handheld crowd POV shallow DOF locked on cream texture slight motion blur neutral white balance (no yellow cast)
Scene Setup A female concert-goer stands center-stage in front of a roaring, tightly packed festival crowd, framed under bright stage lights and sweeping beams. She has just taken the full force of a giant 60x40 cm rectangular sheet cake, frosting-first, thrown with incredible accurately from meters away, exploding directly over her face on impact.
Cake Physics & Coverage The cake slab is disintegrated from one heavy block into a splatter layer across her face, hair, and upper body, molding over scalp, cheeks, chin, and chest. The impact is so deep it fully covers the sides of her face, the top of her head scalp and her chin. Thick whipped-cream frosting, uniform in a single pastel color (white, pink, or blue) dominates the mess, layered with embedded sponge chunks. Coverage expands outward into a heavy "pie collar" around her neckline and shoulders, where the cream piles thickly under her throat and across both shoulders. a blob of messy cake slab soaked in frosting is sticking awkwardly in the middle of her blouse. Additional splatter arcs and blobs streak outward across her shoulders, arms, and upper torso, emphasizing the force of the hit. Her outfit is streaked with downward drips of frosting.
Environmental Splatter The bottom edge of the stage sign/banner above her is also flecked and smeared with cream, as if caught in the blast radius. Stray droplets hang or streak downward, visually connecting the cake hit to the surrounding environment.
Lighting & Texture Stage LEDs wash the frosting in a single dominant neon tint (e.g., icy blue or vivid pink). Cream is glossy and sticky, contrasting with jagged sponge fragments.
Atmosphere & Energy another cake-plastered female concert goer is next to her, laughing, partially off-frame - a camera from the stage photographer is partially visible Camera angle is tilted, handheld, like a smartphone shot from the pit. Background: large LED screen displaying rectangular cartoon cakes dropping in front of a yellow and pink gradient background, strobe light haze, smoke machines. The mood is chaotic, comedic, and theatrical -- a signature cake face moment captured live.
This prompt is very high variance despite my efforts to streamline it, so it may take a few attempts to get it right.
