You are now a Registered. Sex. Offender.
Just go.
Not turning it into a witch hunt, I've not named her?
Simply saying that this has been brought here by someone who, up until a couple of weeks ago still wanted to work for me, who I let go and who is angry because she can't work for me anymore. Important point being, she still wanted to work for me, despite my conviction.
I perceive only one witch hunt going on here and it isn't for her.
There are literally 100s of clips where Leon is applying the mess, inside clothes, outside clothes. I'm sure that every single clip was discussed before filming, what the plan was, and what level of touching was involved. I've never seen any flinching, jumping, un-easy behaviour from anyone that has had mess applied.
Leon, I'm gutted you and Lisa have separated, but your material is the best fully clothed, girl next door WAM there is, so please keep doing what you do best, and try to put this one mistake behind you. Focus on how many women over the years you have worked with, please don't give up on what you are amazing at. Put this behind you and move on, film more, and keep making the best fully clothed WAM material there is.

I have since been advised to make all of the girls who work for me aware of my conviction, which is exactly what I have done.
How the fuck would you think it was OK to have this kind of conviction against you and hide it from the models you continued to work with???!!! Keeping something like this hidden from people does not speak very well towards you being innocent as you have said.

I can only follow the advice I am given, I was told I didn't have to tell them right away, that letting them get to know me a bit better would help them judge me more fairly and to follow that procedure, with the intention of telling them all as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, that backfired and I now have to tell them all at the point of employment.
It is apparent that you do not have the best skills when it comes to knowing who to take advice from. You cannot be so stupid that you do not know that what they are telling you is bad advice.

I have no choice on that one, it was the probation services advice.

Leon this is honestly more troubling than the sexual assault itself.
And I say that not to throw stones or harp on you in any way, but feel the need to bring this up because it appears that you somehow do not understand that it was/is completely unacceptable to not be immediately making models aware of your conviction when hiring/booking them.
Like that is, at best reckless and stupid, and at worst, scummy, manipulative, unsafe, careless, morally reprehensible, and possibly/probably illegal (it is over here in America at least).
I am more than willing to give you the benefit of the doubt that the sexual assault itself was an out of character mistake that was made under the influence of poor mental health in a very difficult time, and that you've taken accountability for it (although not necessarily on here at first :bahaha and have apologized to the parties involved and hopefully learned from your mistake. Mistakes, learning, understanding, and forgiveness are a huge part of life for all of us.
That said, it is very hard for me to now believe that you've since setup a safe environment at Mostwam where this type of mistake won't happen again in the future, if, you're also admitting that it took your conviction being discovered by another model for you to finally start notifying future models about it at the point of employment...
I understand that notifying models immediately about it would make operating as a photographer/business much more difficult. But there's a reason for that. And part of taking responsibility for your actions (whether they be a once in a lifetime out-of-character mistake, or just your general daily behavior) is accepting the consequences of them. One of those consequences in this case is that operating as a photographer/business is going to be much harder. That sucks, I get it, but trying to hide this until they've gotten to know you better is just such an immense character-test failure, and SO incredibly disappointing.
Like to have even considered that being acceptable behavior as a professional is either really fucked up, or really fucking stupid, and I honestly don't know if it matters which one you are. Both are reason for me to believe you still have some work to do. And I truly sincerely am coming from a place of love when I say that. Both love of the content you produce, and more-so love for you as a human being.
You absolutely deserve to be and feel loved, and to find peace and happiness once again, and I think it might take some more learning and personal growth related to this situation (probably addressing the underlying things that led to the mistake, rather than focusing on the actions/mistake itself) for those things to happen for you.
And just to be clear, I don't see you as some evil Harvey Weinstein type of abuser or some misogynistic asshole. But the slope from "making an out of character mistake" to "being someone of general poor character" is slippery, and making excuses and evading responsibility for one's actions are usually accelerators towards the wrong side of that scale.
