This is one of my very favorite cocktail dresses, so much so that I have two in different shades of blue. This ruched form fitting dress just shows it all off, from top to bottom and everywhere in between. A true staple of any girls wardrobe and always a hit at the party.

This gorgeous dress is paired with a matching thick cotton slip, stockings, garters, panties, heels and a bra. It very slowly gets wet, little by little, showing the bright contrast, until the entire dress is soaked, shiny, and heavy with water. Then three is some posing, bending over, lifting up and pulling down, and you have the unique Oasis wetlook tease. A classic outfit and a classic soaking!
