I was hoping you could share with us a little backstory on how you started the site. Especially back then, it was a pretty big deal to start a website and a sexual one at that. What made you take that leap? Did you have any fears or trepidations about putting yourself in a sexual context on the web?

The site and name Messygirl was not of our doing actually. Back in 1997 we posted some random messy pics of myself on a fetish forum, and I was discovered by the wamsat group, who had a few messy pages/sites that all linked up to each other. One of those site owners asked if I would like my own page to display my pics. We agreed, and a week later, my pics were on a page named Messygirl. Then later that year, Messmaster contacted us, and asked if he could put my page on this thing he was starting up called the UMD. He also took over as the webmaster for my page and turned it into a site when wamsat closed down. In 1999 he suggested we grab the domain name Messygirl.com and really make it grow. In 2003 we made it into a members site, after other wam producers came onto the scene with their own member sites.

In 2000, I felt because of my job and family, it would be best to stay behind the camera. So we started to hire others. Sara and her sister Christy were our first official Messygirls. Then sisters Lexi and Nikki came aboard. The funny thing is, that it was Christy and Nikki who responded to our ad for models. Sara tagged along to watch her sister get messy, and decided then she would also like to do it. After Nikki did her first shoot for us, she told us she had a little sister who might want to try it. So she brings her 18 year old sister Lexi to the next shoot. As you know, both Sara and Lexi became our top models and are wam legends in the industry. Then Liz came along at age 19 and when she teamed up with Lexi, it was pure wam magic every time we shot with them. Vicky followed after that. She was 20 and her name was London Andrews, but we felt we had too many models with names starting with L, so we named her Vicky. If we knew she would become so popular as London, we would have used London...lol.

I was always a tomboy growing up, and didn't mind getting a bit dirty. So I recall at age 12 playing flag football on a dirt field, that soon became muddy after a steady rain. At the moment, it hit me as feeling a bit erotic. So it's safe to say my wam fetish started around then.

No, she never did. She actually did the bj shoots after Lexi found religion. Nikki stayed the rebel after she stopped shooting for us. She got a full sleeve tattoo and dated a biker who had a motorcycle repair company. Nikki married him last year. I'm not 100% sure that Lexi is married, but I know it was a boyfriend who helped her find religion. That was why she stopped shooting for us. Both Lexi and Nikki are now working for a real estate company. Lexi is in her early 30s and still looks fantastic.

Fae was just a three shoots and done for us. She no longer models.
