Hurrah, welcome back, and thanks for coming back Think you took the wrong bar job though, imagine how much money you would make if you worked as a server in a dessert restaurant Glad to see you back, there seems to be less wam content around nowadays, but the quality is high, can't wait to see your new stuff
matty87 said: With respect to everyone and miss Ariel, only those aggrieved by her have any right to be upset. If you view her actions as dodgy, then it's a simple matter. Don't buy what she is selling. I understand the shock, the frustration and all those emotions welling up in people, however this isn't a public place for tarring and feathering.
Ms Ariel had her reasons for leaving, reasons we don't need to know or understand. Her reputation is tarnished and whatever goodwill she has lost is up to her to reclaim it via deeds and actions. Again, if you don't want to support her, then don't.
There's nothing wrong with voicing your disapproval or doubts as long as it is done in a respectful manner. Ariel should be willing to accept the criticism along with the praises. If she doesn't like the loss of respect, she should work towards gaining it back. Everyone here knows her as one of the OGs of wamdom. I doubt there is a single person here who would not be willing to meet her halfway.
So Ariel, since you're back out of retirement, does mean the 50% of Jayce's library you made her delete at the drop of a hat as well as all the stuff you shot for other producers is all coming back now?

Gotta admit, while I don't know all the ins and outs of the Jilly departure other than the health issues she has had. I would LOVE to see Jilly come back. Would much rather have Jilly back than Ariel. At least Jilly didn't screw people over and leave producers with scenes that could not be sold that were never supposed to have her in them but she begged her way in.
Um Jilly has problems too. There's very good reasons Jayce doesn't talk with her much. Hold on to the good.
In one way I'm out of my element because I'm Not sure what's going on but I like how people on here can express themselfs and that many are getting their points across in a somewhat decent fashion. I hope this works out for everyone now or eventually.
That peace comes to those who lost things of value and receive such value in recompense And that if necessary we all end up in a huge food fight and nothing gets resolved
I've been here since before either her or Jayce came here, so for whatever my opinion is worth, here it is.
Ariel was a well-liked and appreciated member here for a long time. That said, SHE chose to depart the way she did and that managed to hurt a lot of people here. Some were her customers, some were her friends, and some were both. So yeah; she screwed the pooch on that one. Hard.
I don't know the details about what went on as to the "why" of it. If she'd wanted me or anyone else here to know, she would have said so. She caused harm to Jayce, however- both emotionally AND financially, as well as those who she hung out to dry on what they had paid for. Is it the end of the world? No. Is it the end of her ever being accepted back here as she was before? Maybe, maybe not.
But I will say this- BEFORE that can happen, she needs to put on her big girl panties and make things right (as much as possible, IF possible) starting with making Jayce whole again on what she lost and went through over all this. Ariel left, Jayce didn't- and from what I know about her, Jayce too has had plenty of stuff on her plate to have to deal with over the last few years. Haven't we all, I suppose? But Ariel isn't some 19-year-old kid anymore. She's a grown woman and as such, she is old enough to know better than to expect a lot of folks here to just say "Great! Welcome back; glad to have your image to jerk off to again!" with ZERO accountability to what she did.
I don't know what it might take to make things right around here, but I think that starting with Jayce she should be not only returning the FULL license and use of all the previous materials that Jayce was asked to remove, but with FULL and this time, irrevocable ownership of the copyrights going to Jayce, along with paying her back for the loss in income might be a good start. Then refunding everyone who she hasn't already done so with any outstanding customs that had been paid for before selling any new content on here (or if she does sell, letting MM forward those funds to Jayce and the others FIRST and then once everyone involved is made whole again, then she gets to start making a profit out of the community here- assuming the membership wants to buy what she's selling. I understand the anger some have about the situation. I've been ripped off by a former producer who I paid for their content, only to find my card info was suddenly being used in Las Vegas to attempt to purchase a bunch of crap. I managed to get it straightened out and got my money back, and changed cards. But I *do* understand the hesitation. Trust, but verify. And when the trust part is broken, that is a hard row to hoe to ever build back up again, and the whole "I'm back! Isn't it great?" approach is kinda tone deaf, to say the least.
But hey; that's just me. I'm not against forgiveness. Not at all. And I can understand if it was a matter of protecting her family in her personal life. I can respect that. But she also needs to respect those who her decisions affected in the process. Redemption usually comes after atonement. So until I see from Jayce where she has had things made right to her satisfaction, I am with the side of this that hesitates to roll out the red carpet just yet. Make it right first (if possible), and go from there.

This is where I am pretty much at. Neither pissed or overjoyed but watching. We'll see. She says she is gonna make it right to those who ordered customs. We will see if she does.
As for Jayce is concerned, I doubt Jayce is on speaking terms with Ariel at this stage of the game. Not that I can blame her however it's hard to atone to a brick wall and my guess is Jayce needs some time to process everything (I know I would). MAYBE Ariel reached out and she isn't talking right now. MAYBE she hasn't. Who's to say? Again, time will decide.

Welcome back Ariel! Somewhat funny thing, I was looking at one of your older pictures I have of you and was wondering how you're doing and then bam, you're here. I'm glad to hear things are settling down for you and life is getting back to somewhat normal.
First, good to hear from you and glad you are in a better spot. I'm also willing to welcome you back in my wam hart once things are made right. You are a true legend to many of us, but sadly most of that shine went away the way things were handled when you had to step away. Jayce was hurt in so many ways with your departure and the community here grew stronger and supported her the best we could during that really hard time. A lot of us will feel strong about standing up for Jayce but also willing to make peace and build forward.
As mentionned by a few of us I glad your are doing better, I'm glad you are working on coming back, however until Jayce ok your return and your business together is fixed, i will support Jayce.
To hope this could mean the start of a reconciliation.
Btw you look awesome on that picture, you can make this right..
Hmm Mud wrestling match between you and Jayce?? Ok maybe too soon for that..

Don't bet on reconciliation.
One can certainly HOPE for it. If it happens, it happens. If not, it doesn't but no crime in hoping for it.
I don't have any comments on the specifics of this situation, but I have some general thoughts on "retirements" from messy modelling. If a model retires from messy modelling, it generally means their heart isn't in it any longer (or never was), so why not just retire and leave it at that?
I can think of models who have three or four "retirements" a year, which seem to be reversed every time there's a cashflow problem. It's a pain in the arse for anyone who's trying to organise a shoot/session with that model, anyone who's trying to run a store with that model's content on, and anyone who's trying to secure a personal video from that model.
I don't even think the ones who were personally effected by her departure have even chimed in yet.
I would advise those parties NOT to chime in. It's not in their best interests to do so publicly and doesn't serve the community or them in any beneficial way. This is a private reconciliation with directly impacted parties (if being sought).
For those with pitch forks I urge you to put them down. None of us know what she has gone through personally. Nor do we know what decisions she had to make and frankly it's none of our business. No one is forcing anyone to buy from her store or support her, but let those that do want to support her make that decision without judgement.
And I wouldn't be surprised if those carrying pitchforks also lecture their friends on social media about "holding space for each other" because "you never know what someone is going through".
Welp, this is what that looks like. No one owes you an explanation for anything, and the people she does owe (that you're outraged for on their behalf...for some reason) are being taken care of. Chill.

Welcome back, Ariel. Hope it all works out.
Pretty bold to make a statement that people are being taken care of....just because someone has not posted on here it definitely doesn't mean they are happy with the situation. Unless of course you have proof of this....?
And no, no explanation is required from Ariel, and without one she can carry on as she likes...but without an explanation and restitution for the damage she did to some people, myself and others can carry on thinking what we like in private and vote with our wallets...and currently Ariel won't get a cent from me. This may change in the future but will depend on Ariel herself and, yes, explanations she may offer. No explanation = no change in my opinion.
Oh, and fwiw, the explanation has to match the known facts, not just be a quick sob story
In my personal opinion there is a right and wrong way to do things Yes I retired and then came back a few years later I did it right I completed all my customs I had no outstanding monies owed and I gave notice when I was leaving Unfortunately she did it a totally different way With an almost I don't care attitude from what I'm doing and left her friends to clear up the mess and lose a lot of money in the meantime. Unfortunately even if you do have the front to come back I personally think it won't be long before you're gone again and that's the worry because people are going to be cautious of sending you money I'm putting their trust in you and that's going to be the hardest thing for you to come back from your crown is well and truly around your ankles at the moment and I believe you thought you were going to walk back onto this site and everyone was going to greet you with open arms unfortunately as you are probably reading right now there are a lot of people that aren't including your once best friend in mess. The fact that we can see you are on and off every couple of hours clearly means you are reading what you are saying and for the last couple of days have never felt to comment or give any explanation clearly it wasn't the easy ride you thought it was going to be you are clearly in the Hall of Fame for those that cocked up!!!!!!

My bad man I did not know. Thank you!!
No worries, you'd have to piece together what Jayce has said over the past two years or so. Just wanted people to know a return for Jilly at this point is really not possible is all.
SteveK51 said: Is anyone taking bets on when the inevitable next return of Kaydens will occur?
+1 for protostar8's post.
When I posted about my issues with Kayden's (which I never saw a penny of my money back), Ariel was the most likely suspect in my PM's before I announced who it was. I had bought 2 customs from Ariel and had issues getting them delivered (they were done, but relatively prompt delivery was not a strong point). So much so that I didn't want to order from her again.
After hearing of her departure and now return, I pray that Kayden's does NOT return. People just need to do their research, especially when it comes to customs.
