I'm really, truely sorry to anyone that this might offend.
I've been a very quiet part of this site from the absolute start. When I came up it was Splosh!, Fawn, Crazygirls and a few others - so you can gauge my age lol.
Ariel's Wambabes was a HUGE part of all that for a hell of a lot of years. I was an early subscriber and I got a lot of content and enjoyment out of it at a time when what we all were was still pretty unusual.

We all have personal issues and occasional catastrophes. Who can say how we react at times like that until we experience them? For example, how many people here have been made redundant in the past? Did you - on day one - tell every last creditor all the details of it? Or did you deal with it as best you could and then firefight?

Obviously I don't know the details in Ariel's case. But my god, please put down the torches and pitchforks until we all do.

And at the risk of banging on... for the record, I wasn't happy when she first came back. Honesty, I was angry. Because I'd read the posts and fallout when she first left.
But for me, this is a case of having some perspective. Unless you were personally involved, then you absolutely don't know the whole story.
Take a few days, think about it, and ultimately, respect someone brave enough to walk back into a public forum after such a dramatic departure from it

Not going to comment on Ariel. But the level of simp-itude some of you have expressed is absurd. Some of you sound like you think strippers really like you.

Granted, I'm sorry to hear that some of you have/had issues with Ariel. I have been in your shoes dealing with less than honest sellers of goods and services of all kinds. And it really pisses you off!

But I can only comment on my experiences with her. In which I never had any issues with the years of dealing with her. I received (what would or could presumably be) my final purchase last fall just before her sudden departure. Sure it took longer than normal but as we all remember it was 2020/21.

So if Ariel dose reopen her store I will be a paying customer. Because there's a few downloads I was waiting on purchasing. And a few downloads got corrupted when a memory stick malfunctioned.

I know that my opinion is in the extreme minority of this thread, but with all the dog piling going on here, at least one could be positive. As the old advertising saying goes "your results may vary".

As one of the youngest producers on here, I've been taking notes on this scenario. A LOTTA NOTES. On what NOT to do as a producer and now the secondhand cringe is making feel so self conscious about the custom clips that I've been having to delay for weeks. It's Kinda like when you watch Hoarders and see how messy someone's house is, and then you want to binge clean for hours. Misses and I aren't exactly as fast as Jimmy John's when it comes to customs, but Not once have I ever delivered a subpar custom, ghosted a customer, or not told them when a shoot was getting pushed back on the calendar. And I've only ever had to back out twice and I refunded the customer in full and was apologetic.
Let's all really send Jayce good vibes and hope she gets through this alright.

Thank you for stating this! Some of the simping I've seen in this thread has made me cringe so hard I thought my skin would jump off and run away. It's incredibly uncomfortable to read in just about any circumstance.

What is irking me at the moment is that we're now up to 6 pages on this and, despite logging in on occasions, there's been nothing further said to address the legitimate concerns a lot of people had. That to me is a huge red flag..

While I cannot say for certain, I believe what we have here is something called a "probe", in military parlance. Such things have occurred in the past.

We have had producers (or their representatives) reach out to attempt to determine if the UMD still provides a viable source of income. If sufficient interest is expressed, they return. If they are met with hostility (or mixed opinions), they tend to disappear again.

Is that what's going on here? I consider it likely. I see it as a reconnaissance to see if it's safe. I never personally buy customs, so I feel that my view is reasonably neutral on the matter. If I'm wrong, that's fine. That may not be what's going on here. But I am pointing out some similarities for folks to consider. Caveat emptor, as they say.

I have also wondered about that. Or if this was being used to private message the people that were more interested and direct them to another site where they can pay for customs that will never happen and Ariel will once again run away with more money. Just leaving the UMD out of it this time.
