Can someone please help I've sent emails and no response I've spent $50 thinking I did something wrong

I'm having issues too but with The Man and The Wife. I purchased 1 month subscription yesterday, got charged but never got access. I have messaged Messmaster but haven't gotten any response yet.

MM has just rolled out some significant code changes, it's possible something somewhere has broken. Have flagged this thread for his attention, note he's usually on Philidelphia time, it's six o'clock in the morning there at the moment.

I've been working with Epoch to re-send the missing auths, and we are still working on it now. I believe we are almost there! New purchases will get their 5 days, and I am also responding to all inbox messages and emails individually, with subscriptions as priority.
