Yesterday for about 8 hours, UMD was not receiving any authorizations from our biller, so folks have paid for content and still not yet received it.
I have been working with Epoch to activate those purchases and we should have them in hopefully in a few hours. Everybody will get the full 5 day window they paid for as well a notification.
Hello Mr mess master, apologies for posting here, but my inboxing and commenting has been disabled. I have never inboxes anyone inappropriately, and my messages are always sent with respect, although some start off being stupid and negative, before switching to be positive, I am always positive and mindful of others feelings, yup, woke and proud :-p Could you please tell me the reason for the ban and also if I can do anything to fix it? You should be able to inbox me or use Contact Us regardless of your account status, so I'll double check that that's not restricted. I put the ban on your account 9 days ago after reviewing your account and seeing a lot of flags about a particular thing. I apparently neglected to inbox you about it, but I'm inboxing you now.

Hi! For those of us who happened to buy a subscription yesterday and haven't been able to access, when will the clock start ticking on the subscriptions? Will it begin when this issue is resolved so we get the full month -or- from the point of purchase?
Hi, still can't inbox you, it's pretty horrific that mentioning an adult being pied or slimed on kids programmes I watched as a kid. I just wanted to put on record that there was never any mention of kids being involved, being treated like a sex offender feels horrible. I guess there were probably contract updates that I didn't read, being half blind I don't really read more than I have to. I may as well leave the site if I'm unable to message, all I would ask is that when people get flagged just for mentioning a TV show that has kids in it, but not involving them, please let them know the first time, so they can ensure they don't do it again. I'll be sure to make everything right. I will issue a partial refund upon request, and all download windows will get their full time. Each case will be different, but I'm working with everybody one on one.
