so, i do a lot of humiliation type scenes which i LOVE to do...they are fun, they test my wam boundaries...they are just a real treat for me. im running out of shit to say!! lol XD i shot one yesterday and there are some parts towards the end where i am fucked UP where she is still just GIVING it to me and i start laughing (not hysterically, just a "what the fucking hell? more mess?!!" type laugh) during the scene.....like "JEEZ I CANT BELIEVE THERE IS MORE MESS! i smiled a little bit bc i was just like "holy shit, i cannot believe there is more mess!!"
I am wondering...just bc i am WONDERING bc when i watched it, i thought it looked adorable and even though in some vids we act like we are hating it, we secretly love doing this shit....
and when i saw it, i didnt think " oh shit" i thought "oh wow, this is REAL, these are my real reactions and i like this better....i was laughing bc it was just insane the amount of mess" bc once i saw the vid, i even laughed bc it was insane how much crazy mess i got.

how do you feel about that? when you purchase a humiliation scene, do you want to see real reactions or are you wanting over the top, "oh my god!" the entire time? i mean, my shit was real reactions bc it was nutso! but part of that was laughter. does that turn you off? i thought it was hot!! i mean, from someone who's bread and butter comes from sales and sales are NOT GREAT all the time. at all. lol. still love you m.m.!!! humiliation fans...how do you feel? would laughter turn you off?? it didnt turn me off. i loved it. and dont feel weird!! i hate it when yall think i think you are weird! im a total weirdo! i got off just being encased the other day, not even touching myself....so, hey, im into this too!!

I like the role play aspect, a pretty, smartly dressed girl being trashed and protesting, in a kind of little girl voice "oh no, please no!" kind of thing.

So, for me, not laughing in the humiliating scennes...

Comedy is hard. Anyone who tells you otherwise probably isn't nearly as funny as they think they are. If you're playing a character and you break, it can ruin a scene. Sometimes the audience will sympathize and go along with it, but more often in WAM videos, the messy model's laughter kills the comedy. This is the reason Jimmy Fallon does a talk show and no longer has an acting career.

At the same time, a bad script can also kill a scene's potential. I know it's hard to come up with different scenarios where pies logically end up getting thrown into faces, but if the script doesn't make sense, or it's just a simple tit for tat spat, it's hard to get into it. Bad acting may be hard to avoid, but a good director should know how to get at least an approximately believable performance. While big reactions can play well, repetitively watching a pied girl scream and bob her head for extended periods of time messes up the pacing and erodes believability.

I think my best advice to a director would be to watch your timing; though we love reaction shots, taking too long with them, or jumping us back in time to watch it from a different angle disengages us from the story.

My best advice for an actress, is to make a scene into a game. Don't enter into it think about your reactions. Instead, play it as if you were your character, and you intend to keep your dignity throughout the ordeal. Assume that you won't get pied, and if/when you do, after you've recovered from the momentary shock, believe that you can still achieve your original goal in a professional manner.

Also, intentional self administered WAM is never funny. Ever.

with this one particular scene....it was to the point of "really, well shit" more of a "whoaaa ho ho omg, really? more mess?? omg, sort of like 'im fucked' " laughter....which was my real reaction! this was toward the end, mind you. and short lived as she began to fuck me up even more....haha. shes really great at it.
my reactions of humiliation and "please no more of this fucking mess" were real. lol. as i was in a compromising position and getting some fucking gross and crazy mess.

My take is that I appreciate the REALITY aspect of WAM - and I prefer the term embarrassment rather than humiliation. So I think you can laugh and show embarrassment at the same time. I'm probably in the minority here, but I'm not a big fan of any scene that is clearly scripted. What turns me on about Jayce is that she truly enjoys getting messy, and I would want to see that come through in the video.

This. 100%. Models are great, but a real, genuine wammer who you know enjoyed making the scene as much as you did watching it? Wins every time.

I'm not a fan of humiliation, as I find it uncomfortable to watch. I remember one scene, years ago, where I thought the model did just too good a job of selling her humiliation. I raised this on the scene's thread, and the producer was adamant she was only pretending. I suppose I did believe him, on balance, as this model had done other scenes for him and was clearly happy in all those. However, I still found her performance in this one too convincing and never watched it again. Acting that good, if that's what it was, was indivisible from the real thing for me.

Anyway, to answer your question Jayce, I'd prefer the "real reactions", when you show how much you are enjoying it and not (even a mock) "Oh my God, this is gross". As you say yourself, "I'm into this too!", and that's the major selling point of your scenes for me. Why would you not want to use that to your advantage? Be a bit like Led Zeppelin playing a gig but not doing "Stairway..."

For me, its about believing the character is in distress rather than the model. You've done a lot of customs for me, and as a result I know you're never actually going to feel humiliated (and rightly so), but you play it in a way that makes me believe the person you're playing is. So if you broke into fits of giggles I think it would spoil it, however if you were just so overwhelmed with mess that you became delirious I think I'd buy it. It sounds like that's what happened.

In every single script I write, I put "No SMILING OR LAUGHING." I ask the models that they stay in character at all times. Smiling through a humiliation video is a boner killer.

In this particular case, if you only strayed off script for 5 seconds, it will probably be OK. No video is perfect.

well the person i made this video for, gave us a lot of freedom with it....and yes, chris....it was kinda like that! i should have made that more clear....it was more of a delirious type of laughter....not comedic laughter....chris you took the million words out of my mouth and made them into a sentence that i was trying to get across!! haha! it was more like THAT.

but i understand if there are humiliation fans that do NOT want character broken AT ALL. I dont think that this would be considering breaking character....now that chris put it that way...and chris your videos are BRUTAL!!!! It's not humiliation unless the person is, ya know, humiliated. It's not humiliating to get all kinds of crap dumped on you if you are enjoying it. If you really enjoy humiliation scenes then I think you are looking for the victim to "act" horrified.

agreed. i wanna make my customer happy but i am honest with them before i even do a scene...and if there is somethign in there that i think they wont like, based on what they asked for, i just clip it out....but, i like having natural reactions...i mean, we go over the top with facial expressions and stuff sometimes for our tit for tat stuff but its always super fun and you can see it in a models eyes, their poise and all, if they are really having fun or not. i think, anyway. i have seen clips where i am like....they are HATING this. LIKE SINCERELY HATING THIS. i cant get into that. when you have seen someone you know loves to wam do humiliation and you know they are acting...i think its fun to see that side of them every once in a while, too.

i have some fave producers on here!! s.s. has some awesome clips where the girls act mad but then you see them smiling and laughing later..i love that stuff!! i think its great!! and i notice that he does separate that stuff and now i see why....he has some great models that come through there!! and awesome pies!! oh and hes hot....

I love it either way you do it, Jayce. I do love the humiliation aspects, but the second I think that the model really doesn't want to do it, it kills it for me (that applies to pretty much any fetish scene, not just WAM). So when you break character, it doesn't really hurt anything for me. In fact, that often makes the scene better in my mind. There is a bondage scene from kink.com (the old waterbondage site) that Jada Fire commented something along the lines of "Why do I like this? What is wrong with me?" during a more hardcore part of the scene, and that was really a turn on. To be honest, you break that wall quite a bit, and I love when you do. I love that you tend to push that envelope into the more extreme, and that you show that you do enjoy doing it.

I'm intrigued to see this scene you are referring to as well as the getting off being encased (if you filmed that ).

Personally I LOVE natural reactions. I prefer the "I cannot believe this is happening/I am doing this" reactions when something really gross or something is dumped over a girl. I like hearing how it smells or feels, even if you are trying to tough through it then suddenly the nastiness hits. Like your savory madness video awhile back was perfect

I love real, genuine, unfiltered reactions. Pretending is hard which means it is not always done well, so I much rather something real that something obviously put on.

As a massive ACTED humiliation fan, I would say for me, it kills it when a model laughs mid scene..unless it's a resigned laugh as part of playing that humiliated character. So I would agree with Itchy Nugat and Moho etc here.

I think most, but not all, acted humiliation fans would feel that way, as you are buying into a fantasty, and when that goes it just kills the scene.

You and Ariel (and Jilly back in the day) can convey the humiliation brilliantly. The custom you made for me 'No Pies Pact' (https://mansion-of-mess.umd.net/download_info/acting-like-ladiesjayce-and-j_) is a great example, as is the office scene where Ariel destroys you with pies (https://mansion-of-mess.umd.net/download_info/boss-ariel-destroys-and-trashe) and indeed Moho's custom where you break into a bakery. All are great examples of this (it's no coincidence that when you sold the rights to some scenes, I made a beeline for these 3 and others in that vein).

The fact that it was so rare to get good scripted WAM scenes like those I mention, where the models held character was one reason I started making clips like this myself

There are other producers whose work I hugely respect and admire, whose scenes I don't buy half as often as I might, because although their scenes have a plot, the models just don't hold character. That's not a criticism, as that's how they roll and each to their own...but my wam £, goes to acted scenes where models can hold character

So..as your thread was titled 'HUMILIATION FANS..got a question'....I think most (acted) humiliation fans are going to take the view that they buy the scene for the roleplay and therefore natural reactions kill it.

The opposite is true of course..and I've seen a couple of replies to this thread that go "I am not a humiliation fan and I think natural reactions are great' which is not a huge shock.

But if your question really was genuinely to humiliation fans then my own honest view is natural reactions kill it.

For me in a humiliation video, even if it goes against the script, the raw emotion is better. You are in the moment and reacting and it fits with the storyline. Give me that anytime. I like the humiliation factor, but there are only so many times it can be done without looking the same or sounding the same. Even if it destroys something real and not costume so to say, to me that is a ton better. I want the favorite outfit ruined in public. The outfit, hair and makeup that took so much time to do for a special event ruined and the event missed. That is when the emotion that can't be hid comes through. The blushing or redness from humiliation. Even the tears as the outfit is being ruined. The real honest to goodness my dog just died tears. Of course it is unrealistic to expect something like that every time, or to look for scenes with only that kind of stuff, it would get to be too much on the actress. You have to also have the goofy and silly scenes where you know the humiliation is fake and everyone is having fun.

What person would dare utter such a thing? I kind of think that is what the forums are here for. Jealousy is what causes those kinds of things to be said.

One of the best humiliation scenes I ever saw was by the late Bill Shipton of Splosh, which wasn't his usual style. It was called "Giggles flies in" and the girl, an attractive brunette, was in an RAF dress uniform. She was tied up to a chair and got absolutely destroyed, huge amounts of every concieveable mess.

Agreed. It was about 8-10 years ago, pictures only, but was one humiliation scene I'd make an exception for. The amount of mess was mind-blowing, not to mention that from the story behind it, which Bill explained, the model really wanted all that done to her.

If I remember rightly, "Giggles" wasn't a model in that sense, just a private individual who had heard about Splosh and wanted the one-off experience of a messy humiliation. The "airwoman being interrogated after being captured" premise was a shrewd one, as it meant she remained blindfolded and so you never saw her face properly - think she had quite a high-powered job and so insisted on her anonymity as a strict condition of doing the shoot at all.

I assume it sadly got lost when Splosh shut down, but well done to anyone who has got the set saved on their hard drive...
