According to recent research studying TikTok users by age, a large majority of TikTokers are between the ages of 18 to 34. More specifically, 70.2% of all TikTok adult users--or nearly three out of every four--fall within this age range. Altogether, this makes up more than 700 million TikTok users worldwide.
What age group watches TikTok the most? TikTok Users by Age
The largest proportion (25%) of US TikTok users are 10 to 19 years of age. In fact, 47.4% of TikTok users are under 30. The share of TikTok users decreases in size as age groups advance. Perhaps unsurprisingly, those aged 50+ make up the smallest share of TikTok users at just 11%.

Sounds like more Children's programing. Oh dear....
9/30/23, 4:21pm: Thread deleted by admin due to logic in post being unclear, but we un-deleted it for the time being. User is now considered trolling, since he's never contacted us for a real conversation, and he's made no attempt to make clear what actual policy he is disagreeing with, despite being asked multiple times. (Does he want us to start linking to kiddie content, or does he want it all banned?) Instead, he's now hijacking threads to make a point by gaslighting the community into thinking our logic is arbitrary (it's subjective but it's not arbitrary). His hangup is specifically on rules about children's programming which is a red flag as well as confusing and dangerous for the community, plus it causes tons of moderation headaches for months and years to come. Account will be gagged or banned if he keeps it up.
Tik Tok is not aimed at children, although you only need to be 13 to be using it. Therefore putting something on TikTok is not 'Children's Programming' as you suggest.
Here are statistics provided by Spotify:
The largest demographic among monthly active TikTok users is users between 18 and 24. 419.9 million, or 38.5% of TikTok users worldwide, fall into this age bracket.
So no, putting something on TikTok is not 'children's programming', even if some children do have access to the content.
Where can we see this? It doesn't seem to be on her own social media pages. The photos posted above are clearly taken from a TikTok account other than hers, but most of the account name is cropped out.

Please stop mocking this situation and hijacking threads to do it. If you disagree with or are unclear about our criteria for determining what is children's content, then either contact me or start a thread. Don't be that guy who dies on the hill of confusing the community about content for kids; I've had to ban the last user who did that.
I agree it is hard to gage the audience for tiktok and youtube videos. Sometimes it's kids and doing it to boost views and whatever monetization system they use. Sometimes it is people with a fetish for manipulating people into a sexual fetish without them knowing. I really don't know how you would judge the audience without going through and watching the connected videos.

How is mockery?
Mockery would be if the two situations were far apart. They are not, not at all.
1. One is a show that for our interests has guests all of adult age. You can not even say the name of it, simply because it shares the same name and format of a show from the 90s and later that had younger participants. It is not allowed to be discussed and links of it with adults are forbidden.
2. One is a video from a platform where the largest demographic of users are under 18 and roughly 1/3 of the users are underage.
Not sure I see the "mockery" here, seems rather subjective that one is 100% forbidden and against rules and the other is 100% perfectly fine. Also considering DungeonMasterOne repeatedly attempted to suggest people interested in the show *with adults* throwing pies were into children, something nobody ever apologized over.
If, and he later said as much, the real reason is that you're wary of credit card companies, they might see the name, confuse the content with the d--ble d-re knockoff the show was from the 90s (with younger participants)... then are we certain these same Credit Card Overlords are okay with Tiktok, which is used and watched by a lot of teens?
Your call, so if you are fine with the risk, I can respect that -- but to accuse me of mockery or worse by broaching the subject?
Why?
What is so utterly crazy and unreasonable about thinking mostly kid used Tiktok is not for this forum but somehow a show of adults *is* because it has the wrong name?

You signed up a month ago to start a campaign of FUD over our rules on content made for children, which is a weird move in the first place. You never contacted me or attempted a serious conversation about how to make anything better, but yet you're hijacking random posts to make a point, whatever that point was supposed to be. I even contacted you privately but got no response. At this point I consider you a troll with some sort of hatchet to bury. Contact me privately at any time if you want, but you're not longer welcome on these forums.
