You're not kidding, I've had size 8 models (that's size 4 in US terms) wear 3XL in Chinese sizing.
Yep - this is often the case.
I've had it go the other way though too in the case of these plastic pants for example... they are a 3XL and I expected them to be too small for me.
Miraculously wam wise, they are enormous but with really tight leg cuffs, making them perfect for filling!
So by total serendipity and random strange Chinese measurements (who has a 60 inch waist but only 19 inch thighs apart from maybe Gru in despicable me?) I ended up with amazing wampants. Haha.
Pay close attention to measurements and also the fabric composition when ordering from china. If it's a stretchy fabric you have more chance of it fitting. and a 3XL with one seller might be a UK 12 while with another seller it's a UK 26!
