My videos, Splatter Island, are designed to look like a game show you might watch on prime time, with contestants, sharing their life stories, and winning money. However, none of that is true. Participants are playing under assumed names, make up back stories, and are paid a flat rate regardless of how many they get right. Hell, occasionally, they are coached to get questions wrong. Should I include a disclaimer stating this in my videos? Or am I thinking too much about this?
It's fine, because like Leila said, it's just a fictional storyline involving actors who were in on it, and there was no false advertising to your actual customers. Good question though, because other things that are obviously "faked" on screen are treated by "our overseers" almost as if they really happened.
