This pic is the closest of many disappointing results. I haven't even attempted any nuances like clothing or facial expressions, but I think you see what I'm going for.

I went with Bing, then enhanced with Krea to produce these two images.

Here is my Bing prompt: portrait of a young lady with fresh makeup, beautiful hair and nice clothing, sitting on a leather sofa. Another person's hands on each side of her head, hold an enormous whipped cream pie intended for each side of her face. She glances at one of the two enormous pies in nervous anticipation.

The main problem I had was with the pies being too small. Using the word 'big' or even 'huge' didn't fix it, but 'enormous' made them fairly normal sized.

I wish I could fail like that

My take on this:

A comedy sketch during a japan charity stage fundraiser. An innocent looking young woman, dressed in a shiny pink maid outfit with frilly white lace and a playful bow, is sitting in the foreground looking around nervously. A woman in her 20s and dressed in a black mischievous and dangerous maid outfit, stands perfectly aligned behind her. She is holding two large, comedy style cream pies filled with topping pointed towards her target, she is poised to prank the seated woman. The atmosphere is energetic and filled with anticipation, capturing the moment just before the prank unfolds. The surrounding crowd is visible in the background, eagerly awaiting the humorous scene. Make absolutely sure there are only two women on the image

This is with Designer. I think I overplayed the comedy angle a bit but I like it.

The dog has been relentless today. I've got a couple things to post when I can get in front of a keyboard. For now, here's my original prompt for the pic in the first post:

photo of a 22-year-old student with long blonde hair, holding a big whipped cream pie in each of her hands. a 30-year old teacher with long red hair is seated in front of her, facing forward with her head between the pies.

Note that Bing switched my subjects roles in the image. Posing the women has been a pain in the ass. And none of my subsequent tweaks can get the sandwich-ee to show any emotion.

I made a few tweaks based on the other prompts in the thread, but I didn't make any great strides. In fact, I think I got worse.

This is interesting! I honestly don't try for pictures with this kind of prompt. I do more with a version of 'man standing/sitting between two women holding up whipped cream pies.' And further describing them and the scene. My results below that were most similar!
