(Cherry yoghurt?) etc) and how they can ruin dresses, hair styles, make-up shoes etc
She talks about how best to throw or deliver the pies... and techniques like pieboobs, pie bottom, pie sandwich etc and gives her 7 key tips for giving a really good wamming.
