I've still never found any that fit well, but as well as being plus size I have a very long torso and stumpy legs so that doesn't help I just get camel toe to painful levels, and 4 inches of material flapping off the end of my feet.
I do have one tip - do not believe anything labelled 'XL' or even XXL without seeing the exact measurements and knowing the measurements of the person who wants the item
A lot of these things seems to be Chinese made, and their idea of XL is about a UK size 12
There are quite a few decent UK manufacturers on Etsy who do made to measure latex clothing, so it's probably worth looking there. Some have been established quite a time now, and have good reviews and colou options available. From latex I have bought,
I'm always looking for places in the US that sell plus size pervy attire like this. Also looking for thigh high boots that can accommodate extra-thicc thighs.
Catsuits and anything skin tight can be difficult for men and women of all shapes and sizes. Using myself as the example I have some slightly odd proportions for my size plus my weight fluctuates a bit. Nothing ever fits me!
The first thing I've learned it that anything from the fashion industry is less likely to offer much scope for an adaptive fit. It has been great in recent years seeing catsuits and shiny spandex in general come into fashion but most brands will not offer larger sizes and in truth the quality is often not amazing either.
If you're got the money then I would now recommend setting your sights on one of the fetish market manufacturers. There are several good ones out there who both offer larger sizes as well as a made-to-measure service which is the way to go,
https://www.fets-fash.com/ have been around for many years and will make you a suit in a range of nice fabrics to your measurements as well as offering a few extra options for intermate use.
https://hirogato.com/ have come on the scene in the last couple of years but have seen many positive reviews on social media and again have a good range of fabrics and colours. They do made-to-measure too.
Staying on the premium end of the scale, as already suggested you could also try finding someone on Etsy who could made you something special.
If you're on a tight budget though there are still options.
Amazon offers quite a few choices of catsuits and related dancewear. There is a lot of rubbish there but also a few gems to be found too. One big plus of using Amazon is the you can usually return items quite easily. Obviously check first but this gives the rare chance to try everything on easily.
Depends on how much you want to spend. But I just had three custom suits made by Pheonix Latex. I highly recommend their custom suits. The measurements do require two people to get and if you have any concerns about sizing the maker is open to questions and can even help or let you know if her suits are right for you.
