Binnay: I don't think the girls realised quite how much wamming stuff I had bought, and so for the final scene we had loads left..so Jessie copped the lot. I say she copped the lot...at the end there was still an opened but unused tin of treacle left...I could have wept when I imagined it going over Jessie. I had half a mind to call all 3 girls back to get it used Also what is great about hiring 3 intelligent, articulate creative stars is they can create a great scene from nothing...and Maria and Kitten really got into their roles as naughty girls who enjoyed destroying poor Jessie's lovely dress, clean hair etc. Such professionalism: Why, you'd almost think they were really enjoying it
