Firstly, hats off to the amazing images many of you are creating! I'm just dipping my toes in the AI water and I'm finding it incredible what some of you are getting past the filters. Well done and thanks for sharing!
It seems that particularly with Dall.E 3, its ability to attach all manner of mud, gunge, dirt, not to mention wetlook, to a person and their clothes, is really well advanced. However have any of you tried ripped clothes?? Particularly blouses/shirts, business attire. For me, wam is complete when the blouse is ripped or cut up, properly ruined. Problem is, it seems the AI models aren't there yet with rips - or is that just my use of basic wording like rip and cut?!
This one here has been my best result so far... and even that felt like I got lucky!
I used this prompt on Bing: "photo of an energetic Caucasian woman, age about 25, who had become muddy and disheveled, with ripping and snags damaging her white shirt and jean shorts in the rain."
Better to use words such as 'snags' and 'damaging' and avoid 'slashed' and 'cut'. Bing is picky though. I had originally used 'shorts' and kept getting dogged, but 'jean shorts' seems more forgiving, perhaps because it is more acceptable to have slashes and rips in jean material. Who knows with Bing? I also changed 'jean shorts' to 'business skirt' to be more up your alley.
Many thanks for the tips. Of course, I tried them - even word for word - and it wasn't working for me. ...but interestingly, it did on a different account. In fact, I was toying with how it could recreate "colour run" events and out of curiosity, I threw in the blouse ripping words and BOOM, paint stained and ripped office attire!!
I was able to make tweaks (inc tattered, thanks!), which led me down a new path of *doggedly* hit and miss, but at least there seemed to be improvements with each increment.
Here's some examples of the colour run, then with the updated wording. Notice in one of the examples, the lace bra peeking out from behind the torn shirt?? WOW dalle3 has an eye for detail!!
