So trying to get a working style approaching what I was able to generate before the changes is tough but a thematic change is helping. Thoughts on these?

This series somehow doesn't excite me, it's a bit depressing actually Maybe it's the rain outside, the inhumanity of a skyline, the neon and blue lights, or that they don't seem to actually be happy or excited themselves. Absolutely, I'm playing around with various filters, and contexts to get something comparable to previous but it's definitely a step up in complexity. These may be more up your street..
Well, I really liked the first set and didn't find it depressing at all. In fact, I'm amazed how suggestive it is and that you managed to get it past the Nannies.
